Nettes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider mit ÖPNV nicht erreichbar.
Benutzung des Wellnessbereichs kostete Aufpreis, ohne dass vorher darauf hingewiesen wurde.

lovely stay right in the heart of BlackForest
Pros:

the location was awesome , for those who look for a farm house - living right in middle of blackforest and a bit of 'traditional' living...this is apt. You get a feeling that you're living amongst the people.
Well located to most of the prime locations. Makes it easy for those who 'drive'.

Cons:

the pillows were not comfortable & on request wasn't provided additional ones too.

Normally if you stay in a hotel, airbnb the room would have coffee powders and kettles but here you had to had pay 3 euro for a cofee & if you're 2-3 people it already becomes unexpected costs.

Breakfasts were 'normal' and could be improved.

Mooie omgeving in een gastvrije sfeer.
Pros:

De accommodatie was schoon. Toilet en douche werkten ook goed. Voldoende ruimte en groot balkon.
Uitzicht op mooie omgeving.

Cons:

Het meubilair was wat gedateerd. Maar ik stoorde mij er niet aan.

Pros:

Très bel environnement, magnifique vue au calme dans un petit village mignon loin (4km) de l'agitation de Triberg.
Beaux équipements, belle piscine.

Hotel muy viejo , spa no funcionaba desde hace tiempo y no lo indica al reservar . Cuidado con el suelo , ladrillos rotos y levantados . La habitación no estaba limpia , había restos de cacahuetes de los anteriores . El desayuno muy muy básico y lento ya que solo hay una persona para toda la gestión del hotel y muy caro . Y para colmo para pagar si lo gavias con tarjeta nos cobro 25 euros más ya que el Motivo son los gastos bancarios que le cobran a Ella . Nada recomendable .

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, there were a couple of things that disappointed us. We arrived just one hour before the official check-in time (2:00 PM), and our room was already ready, but we were asked to pay an extra €10 to check in only one hour early. We were also traveling with a very young baby, which made the situation even less understandable.

Another disappointing experience was when we asked for a knife and a plate. The staff provided them but told us there would be an additional charge, as they could not provide them free of charge. We found this surprising, as these are very basic items that most hotels offer to guests without extra cost.

Overall, the location was great, but the extra charges for such small requests negatively affected our experience.

La posizione in mezzo alla natura.

Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che la proprietaria fosse spesso infastidita da alcune situazioni e che i richiami fossero espressi in modo poco accogliente. Avremmo apprezzato un approccio più cordiale, paziente e attento, con maggiore tatto nei confronti degli ospiti.

Für den Preis hätten wir ein viel besseres Hotel bekommen können.

Freundliche Mitarbeiterin.

Cons:

Es wird mit mehreren Pools und Spa geworben, aber der Pool konnte während unserem Aufenthalt nicht einmal benutzt werden.
