The hotel, while 5 years old seemed brand new. Lovely large room, convenient location and helpful friendly staff, offering dinner suggestions that were excellent. Pleasant experience all the way around!

Breakfast was very poor for the price I paid and the sitting area dirty not clean at all.
Clean and nice
Property was good
The hotel itself is just okay, but we were disappointed to discover upon arrival that the sheets and pillowcases on one of the two beds were so wrinkled that they looked as though they had simply already been used. The contrast was all the more striking because the bed next to it looked perfectly normal.
We raised the issue with the manager, who gave us an explanation about the way the sheets were washed, which we found rather unconvincing. He apologized and gave us a fresh set of sheets so that we could remake the bed ourselves. I’ll let you judge the level of customer experience for yourself!
Breakfast is decent, but many items run out very quickly because the service simply cannot keep up with the number of guests and how busy it gets. The attendant is unable to restock the small buffet areas quickly enough. In short, you either have to give up on getting what you wanted or wait for it to be replenished. It becomes frustrating very quickly.
We had stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but I have to admit that this latest experience was genuinely disappointing. It simply did not live up to expectations.

Parking was decent
Breakfast was terrible and no utensils or plates ever, bad customer service and the pull out bed didn’t work and it was dirty.
I was impressed with this facility well taken care of. The amount of amenities where excellent and we wished to have had more to to enjoy them.
There was just a small hiccup with one of the staff members who was working our first night she was a little grumpy. But we didn’t let that stop us from having a good time.

Lots of freeway noise from multiple sides of hotel. While the hotel looks new and compelling, the construction quality is disappointing (electrical shorts, can't run AC on 'high' or 'auto'- only 'low', bathroom sink clogs, shower door half curtain-half door like something was broken, etc). Very disappointing from a Hilton property as a long-time Hilton traveller.
