Wir haben mittlerweile diverse Reisen in den USA unternommen und daher verschiedenste Unterkünfte gehabt. Aber Home2Suites gehört für uns zu den Favoriten. Große und saubere Zimmer. Toller Service. Und ein vernünftiges Frühstück. Hier hatten wir noch ein separates Schlafzimmer. Dazu 2 Zugänge zum Bad/WC - gut durchdacht (man muss also vom Schlafsofa nicht durch das Schlafzimmer um in das Bad zu kommen).
Everything was so clean and nice. The pool was heated and perfect.
I think the only thing I could imagine changing would be bigger pool towels, other than that everything was amazing.

The breakfast was not restocked during breakfast, some items like the French toast, egg bites, hash browns, potato wedges and some bread items were not restocked after 9am even though breakfast was not over until 10am. Many hotel guest did not get any

The hotel, while 5 years old seemed brand new. Lovely large room, convenient location and helpful friendly staff, offering dinner suggestions that were excellent. Pleasant experience all the way around!

Breakfast was very poor for the price I paid and the sitting area dirty not clean at all.

The hotel itself is just okay, but we were disappointed to discover upon arrival that the sheets and pillowcases on one of the two beds were so wrinkled that they looked as though they had simply already been used. The contrast was all the more striking because the bed next to it looked perfectly normal.
We raised the issue with the manager, who gave us an explanation about the way the sheets were washed, which we found rather unconvincing. He apologized and gave us a fresh set of sheets so that we could remake the bed ourselves. I’ll let you judge the level of customer experience for yourself!
Breakfast is decent, but many items run out very quickly because the service simply cannot keep up with the number of guests and how busy it gets. The attendant is unable to restock the small buffet areas quickly enough. In short, you either have to give up on getting what you wanted or wait for it to be replenished. It becomes frustrating very quickly.
We had stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but I have to admit that this latest experience was genuinely disappointing. It simply did not live up to expectations.
