el hotel es bonito, limpio y las habitaciones cómodas , aunque es un poco alto el costo con respecto a lo que ofrecen . El restaurante es lo mejor del hotel , los platos son espectaculares y la atención es muy buena
El hotel tiene un parqueadero mínimo entonces nunca tienen cupo para parquear, debes dejar el carro en un parqueadero externo cercano y además pagar el costo del parqueadero
es un lugar muy lindo, es bueno ofrecer un poco mas en los alimentos, pero en general muy bien todo la gente muy atenta y amble muchas gracias

El parqueadero, que no tiene un espacio donde tomar el sol, no hay turco, sauna ni jacuzzi y no me gusta la piscina en la mitad del restaurante.

We spent two nights here and our stay was spoilt by road noise. This and a few other issues detracted from our overall enjoyment. The hotel is an interesting place that hides behind a plain facade. It is stylish and has a good look. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast waiter was very good. We had a good sized room with a small roof terrace that was up unbelievably steep stairs! Initially the room had no cups (despite having a kettle and coffee maker). These appeared on day two as a replacement for bottled water. The bathroom was very small making it difficult to get into. There was nowhere to hang clothes other than in the bathroom (where they would get damp).
The biggest issue for us was noise from the road. There were no windows in the window frames, only shutters.🤔. This “Style over function” meant cars parking, motorbikes racing up and down and general street chatter were really problematic. On occasions we could not hear the TV! This was a problem that went on late into the night. In the morning this was replaced by street sellers on motor bikes trying to sell things. 😱

Me ofrecieron el hotel " de ellos" para ir a Calima y les solicite trasladar la última noche al hotel de Calima , y aunque varios de los empleados hablaron con el administrador, el nos dijo que si queriamos ir al otro hotel de ellos, debia pagar completamente. Les solicite que al menos pasar el dia en el otro hotel y también se negaron. Si te ofrecen otro hotel de los mismos dueños, espera unonun trato diferente.
Hubiera sido fantástico.
