Muss man bei der Buchung genau hinschauen
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es gab keine Rezeption im Hotel und man musste im Nachbargebäude ein- und auschecken. Zum Frühstück und Abendessen mussten wir wieder in ein anderes Hotel. Dort war der Service sehr gut, aber durch starken Regen waren total nass. Der Zimmerservice war schlecht. Einen Tag kam keiner und am nächsten Tag wurden nicht mal die Betten gemacht. Die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher und der Teppichboden riesige Flecken.

Es war für uns gut, die Nähe zum Bikepark zu haben.
Pros:

Es war sauber. Leider waren einige Türgriffe defekt. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel zentral.

Cons:

Das unser Restaurant uns nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wir mussten außerhalb in einem Hotel essen. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, man hatte das Gefühl, anders wie die Gäste im Radium Palace behandelt zu werden.

Die Zimmerausstattung war zweckmäßig, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super; vor allem weil wir unser Abendessen u. das Frühstück im 4 Sterne Hotel Radium Palace in der Nähe genießen konnten. Ausnahmereglung wegen des geschlossenen Restaurant des Hotel Astoria.

Die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Schwimmbads und Wellness-Bereichs gegenüber.

Cons:

Im Hotel gab es kein Personal (Check-in und Check-out) erfolgt im Wellness-Center gegenüber.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen wird in einem anderen Hotel vollzogen (es gab dort keine Ansprache am Tisch, für eine Getränkebestellung musste man sich deutlich bemerkbar machen), die Auswahl der Speisen war eher wenig und nicht abwechslungsreich.

Čistý pokoj i hotel

Cons:

Absence recepce, klíče vyzvednout v Agricole, vrácení v Rádium Palace a večeře v restaurantu Pod vodopádem... můžete si dát Ivo, víno,rum a k tomu zákusek.... na večeři zapomeňte nevaří se! O tom ,ale nikde ani řádka...kam jít když ve městě chcipl pes...

Bardzo dobre miejsce, żeby poznać Jachymów i okolice. Przestronne i czyste pokoje.
