Der erholsame Aufenthalt in Joachimsthal

Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage war auch gut. Das Hotel war gemütlich. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna gegenüber dem Hotel waren auch gut. Der Speisesaal war schön.

Cons:

Der Safe in unserem Zimmer war kaputt und wurde nicht repariert. Die Putzfrau wollte unser Zimmer so putzen, wie es ihr am besten passt, obwohl wir noch im Zimmer waren. Am Sonntag hat sie unser Zimmer nicht geputzt. Shampoo in der Dusche hat sie gar nicht nachgefüllt.

Da wir das 3 mal vor Ort waren in unserem Familienzimmer können wir es sehr gut beurteilen.
Die Lage vom Hotel sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Hotel braucht definitiv eine Sanierung und eine komplette Reinigung von oben nach unten.
Ich war selbst 17 Jahre in der Hotellerie tätig und sehe ganz viele Dinge nochmals aus einer anderen Perspektive.
Die Fenster im Treppenhaus und Fensterbänke sind verunreinigt und dies nicht erst seit paar Tagen, das war das letzte Mal schon genau so dieser Zustand.
Das Essen ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen war die letzten beiden Male als wir als Familie vor Ort waren definitiv besser und mehr Auswahl.
Frühstück: immer die gleiche Wurst, Käse und Marmelade die nicht schmeckt.
Keine Dekoration auf den Platten nichts. Der gleiche Joghurt usw., kein frischer Obstsalat, Säfte kann man auch Wasser trinken kommt auf das gleiche.
Abendessen: wenn man später erscheint zum Essen ,muss man froh sein noch etwas zu bekommen.
Zusammenstellung der Speisen war eine Katastrophe passte nie zusammen. Wenn man Gulasch macht kann man keine Kartoffelspalten und Reis anbieten siehe gestern. Kein frischer Salat siehe Salatbüffet, immer das gleiche gerade wenn die Temperaturen heiß sind was mit Mayonnaise hinzustellen nicht empfehlenswert!
Es gab am Vortag Reis, gab es am nächsten Tag eben Reissalat mit Wurst nicht gerade Appetitlich und einfallsreich. Die Speisenkomponenten passten nie zusammen.
Man bezahlt viel Geld und dann muss da mehr dem Gast geboten werden!
Das Bad war auch die letzten beiden Male im Preis mit inbegriffen, diesmal nicht. Auch das die Rezeption nicht mehr im Hotel vor Ort ist, ist nicht Kundenorientiert siehe Gäste!
Sonnenschirme Terrasse sollte definitiv bei Sonnenschein aufgemacht werden bevor der Gast kommt und auch ordentliche Sitzpolsterung sollte dem Hotelgast angeboten werden bzw.bestuhlt werden.
Denn bei schönem Wetter sitzt der Gast gerne draußen und muss nicht wie ich zu Dame rennen und nachfragen auf der bitte hin die Sonnenschirme aufzumachen, das ist selbstverständlich das man die Terrasse komplette aufdeckt....

Im Astoria war kein Personal anwesend. Zum Einchecken mussten wir in ein anderes Hotel und zum Frühstück und Abendessen wieder in ein anderes Hotel. Im Astoria war nicht ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden. Auf den Bildern im Internet waren nur Duschen abgebildet wir hatten eine Badewanne mit eckligen Duschvorhang.

Celkově jsme byli s pobytem v hotelu Astoria velmi spokojeni, jen večeře mohly být lepší.
Pros:

Velmi se nám líbilo ubytování v prostorném apartmánu, příjemné prostředí v restauraci i výběr jídla při snídani.

Cons:

Měli jsme objednanou polopenzi, ale večeře nesplnily naše očekávání. Výběr byl dostatečný, ale jídlo (zejména omáčky) připomínalo spíše stravu ve školní jídelně.
