Overall a great stay
Pros:

Stayed during the World Cup, great sized and very clean room. Good breakfast on offer, helpful staff which allowed us to check in early and nearby parking.

Cons:

Not much in and around the seaport area, had to walk around 25 minutes into the city for transport links and bars etc.

Electrical Issue with a simple solution that made my stay pleasant!
Pros:

Had a little issue with the electrical plug located in the bathroom that kept tripping which made it difficult to use the blow dryer and curler, and we know this is put a damper on a female’s day. 🤣 Well, Mr. Zak so kindly offered to search for an extension cord so that I could plug them in the hallway and use the hallway mirror as a temporary solution! Genius! Way to go above and beyond young man! I appreciate your efforts!

Good hotel just some real rude receptionists.
Pros:

The location, the rooms were nice, bed comfy

Cons:

The reception staff were extremely rude. I was charged an extra fee for a deposit kind of thing that they didn’t mention to me or my friends. After checking my bank account I came down stairs to ask why I was charged more than expected. They then began to speak aggressively and ganging up on me from behind the desk. I had 3 friends with me who assured me that she did not mention the additional fee and that it would be returned after my stay. So for them to accuse me of lying to them infuriated me and I felt extremely disrespected. I never review places but I feel this was needed.

Great Place to Stay in Boston
Pros:

We traveled to Boston to celebrate the country's 250th birthday and our 40th anniversary. Was pleasantly surprised at the hotel's updated decor. Everything was clean and the front desk staff was helpful. We were especially appreciative that there was a cold water dispenser in the breakfast area where we could get water to drink anytime we needed it, as well as coffee in the bar area 24 hours a day. Would definitely recommend

Douche gordijn verwacht je niet in zo’n duur hotel.

Great Time
Pros:

Great place! We stayed night before going to Logan with three kids. Went to the Museum of Ice Cream. The hotel was amazing and valet and the front desk were outstanding!

Comfortable conveinent stay
Pros:

Our "go to" place to stay when visiting our family in Boston. Clean,convienent ,and reasonable. We walked to most seaport activities and a short Uber to other Boston points. Parked car and didn't use it . Recommend!
