Pros:

L’hôtel était très propre , quand même
Bien placé. La chambre était grande ! Très confortable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct , il manquait de place pour s’assoir .. je parle français , et la personne qui a fait mon Tchek out riait parce que je ne comprenais pas . Ce n’était pas sympathique de rire de moi. Ça me laisse sur un départ négatif et c’est dommage

Nice place and gym, paper plates at breakfast isn’t good
Pros:

Great location, nice facilities, the gym was pretty good, better than most hotel gyms; breakfast in 2 places was good, much less crowded.

Cons:

Using paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery is atrocious, and very wasteful. This really needs to change as you profess to be environmentally friendly- this practice is not.

Excellent and enjoyable stay at this great hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is great, the king suite was spacious and we especially liked the separate sitting and dining area/kitchenette with a sofa bed. The staff are truly great with excellent customer interaction and service.

Cons:

Public transport is lacking with north station quite a long walk away.

Pros:

I loved the complimentary breakfast. i also liked the fact that the rooms had smart TVs with all streaming services on them. Finally i loved the kitchenette that had a dish washer for ease of cleaning.

Cons:

there wasn't really much that a didn't like other than i wish the hotel had a restaurant in it. the only other thing i can think of which is really only an inconvenience, although i understand it for safety purposes, is the having to scan your key card to go up the elevator.
