The hotel is well located, the pool and the sky lounge are amazing.
The room size was good and the bed is huge with a view on the river.

Cons:

I showed video of a small bug walking on the sheets suspecting it was a bed bug. The staff didn’t believe and didn’t offer to change rooms. They only changed the linen, which is a nice gesture but is useless against bedbugs unfortunately as they hide under mattress and between the bed and the wall.

We felt ignored on this issue which really minimised by the staff reaction. Also, the driver provided by the hotel yelled at us because he had to wait for us at the airport for an hour because he got there early by 30mn and the immigration took 30mn more than planned. It wasn’t the best start for the trip and the hotel didn’t actually ask us about it.

The driver showed us the text from the hotel saying they contacted us but we didn’t receive anything and we only got a vague answer the next after we already arrived.

This was an amazing discovery. Incredibly grateful to have found this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There's nothing not to like about this place.
The location is brilliant. Incredibly easy to get to where ever you need to get to and overlooking the water, what more could you ask for.

Staff were wonderful. Just an all round wonderful experience

Cons:

Als je de kamer verliet ging de AC ook automatisch uit, waardoor je terugkwam in een snikhete kamer. Het afkoelen duurt dan ook even. De staff gaf als tip om nog een roomcard te halen, zodat je 1 erin kon laten.
