Pros:

ドラゴンブリッジを望むロケーションは最高。私にとってホテル選びの最重要ポイントであるバスタブとお湯の出方は問題なかった。セキュリティーBOXに不具合があったが直ぐにスタッフが対応してくれた。最も印象的だったのは、女性スタッフの接客態度が熱心且つ丁寧であったこと。

Cons:

あえて改善点をと聞かれたら、朝食のサラダに少しバラエティーが欲しかった。
一部の男性従業員の接客態度が女性スタッフに比べると残念なレベルだった。

We really enjoy our stay here and all the staff are very nice and helpful.
Pros:

Lovely staff
Good location
Our room is close to the main road so it’s a bit noisy so the receptionist offered us a free 30 min foot message and it was a very good experience.

Cons:

Some facilities are a bit old but very clean.

The room. Looked out to a concrete shaft. The lights shone till nearly midnight. No blackout curtains. No sleep
The Management. Showed Care Factor Zero. Got some weak explanation. Couldn’t give a shit
Breakfasts were very ordinary

A good place to stay with access to Han River
Pros:

The indoor swimming pool and the coffee shop. And near the Dragon bridge.

Cons:

The shower. There is no rainwater shower.

Wonderful Hotel in Da Nang!
Pros:

I loved the hotel’s location right along the riverfront of the Han River. My room was wonderful and had almost everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the free 30-minute foot massage we were given, as well as the discount on a massage of our choice at their on-site spa. The views from my hotel balcony were perfect! The included breakfast served every morning was excellent, and the pool on the top floor was fantastic, offering beautiful panoramic views of the city.

Cons:

A few minor things I didn’t like, though: the hot water in my bathroom wasn’t always very warm (especially in the evenings), and my balcony was quite small. Despite these issues, I still had a wonderful stay.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay and BaNa Hills is unbelievable!
Pros:

Great location on the river. Close to everything. Short drive to beaches.
Breakfast buffet excellent and great staff especially Mr Son, F & B Captain!

Cons:

Not impressed at all with Massage service at Hai A Riverside hotel. Masseuse had no idea how to massage!!

We loved the view from our room and the skybar - it was fabulous!! The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

The food was average. This property has become scruffy which made it feel not so clean. The property could do with a refresh, particularly the bathrooms.

Hyvä sijainti. Hyvä näköala. Siisti huone. Hyvä aamupalaomeletti.

Cons:

Aamupalalla kaikki oli koko ajan loppu, salaatti, hedelmät, kun pyysin lisää, minulle kerrottiin että aamupalaa täydennetään satunnaisesti - ei jatkoon!! Kattoterassi oli suljettu. Jos otat huoneen näköalalla kadulta kuuluu 24/7 jatkuva tööttäily huoneisiin, myös yöllä. Näköala on upea. Itse en pysty nukkumaan korvatulpilla.
