The room could of had sofa in the room as it was a lovely room but looked every empty
Clean and comfortable bed.
Great breakfast and lovely staff lady Ngoc in breakfast restaurant so attentive, no boiled eggs left so I asked chefs if they could make some and when ready she brought me 3 to my table so I didn’t have to go get them and she knew I had 3 every morning so brought me exactly that amount!!! Cleaning staff super friendly too and front desk.. pool was excellent fun too with a great view of dragon bridge.
Oh and excellent big bath. Best soak I’ve had in years!!!
A bit hard to get in and out of swimming pool as you get older. I struggled. But nice they had towels available for free to loan.

The room was spacious, clean and had a decent view of the river and dragon bridge.
Stone's throw from Han market.
Easy to walk to restaurants, a few bars, min marts etc.
Easy to get Grab taxis.
Breakfast was geared towards the Korean clientele, of which there were many.
Water in pool looked dirty and uninviting

I hate rooms which insist on having a window from room into bathroom and toilet.
Sa proximité de la ville, du célèbre Han Market. Le personnel a été très agréable et soucieux de notre confort. La chambre était spacieuse et la vue géniale.
Malheureusement et c’est inhérent à tous les hôtels du centre ville à proximité des très grandes rues c’est le bruit incessant des Klaxons. Bémol la salle de bain est très petite y compris dans la suite et n’est pas adaptée pour deux personnes en même temps.

We had a wonderful stay at HaiAn Riverfront Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore Da Nang’s attractions, restaurants, and the riverside. The staff were warm, professional, and always attentive to our needs. A special thank you to Ms. Huong Giang from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again!
The location of the property is really good. A great view of the river and close to Han Markets for shopping.
The pool is terrible. This was very disappointing.
Exceptional experience and high quality of service
Haian riverfront hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Location was fantastic, my room was on the 5th floor with the balcony and i could see the entire river and the beautiful dragon bridge from there. It was especially majestic at night time. My stay was very affordable too, if you want value for your money you should book here. Room was very clean, staff very friendly always greeting you with a smile, very accommodating, and buffet breakfast was good. Also dont forget about the awesome gym and pool at the 20th floor! You can go have a swim at night while overlooking the river with the city lights on. Also there's a cafe beneath the hotel which is very convenient. Overall excellent service and experience and i would book again here if i ever return to Danang.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Han Market and many restaurants, cafés, and attractions, making it very convenient to explore Da Nang.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A lovely bonus was the complimentary 30-minute foot massage, which was a relaxing treat after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Great location, excellent service, and fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.
They have an excellent High Tea on the top floor, don't miss it!!!
