Cons:

Spa access is not included in the price and it was expensive for the price. Also, the showers were cold.

Amazing place, maybe tell your customers before they travel that you have to book
Cons:

A booking system with the hotel facilities! Couldn’t use any of the facilities because we didn’t book! So frustrating as that was the main reason why we booked the place

A very enjoyable, peaceful few days.
Pros:

Nice variety of breakfast items offered. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
All staff were very professional and helpful.

Cons:

Access to spa could have been included in cost of stay.

Pros:

Staff are amazing, so friendly.
Reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff so very helpful and lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast options were limited.. would be good to have some more variations.

Pros:

The rooms are very large and spacious. It is in a good location. Food was good and staff friendly.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean enough and the bathroom flooded due to the drain being blocked. The bathroom door also got locked with my friend stuck inside. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were so welcoming and really made the stay better. The on-site restaurant was also really good the food was nice and again the staff were lovely.
