Never been before definitely 💯 go back central location to loads of places all within 20 minutes drive or on the bus
Pros:

It was out of this world can’t believe it was there inside and out were gobsmacking it’s absolutely beautiful and every member of staff so friendly 🥰

Fantastic stay again.
Pros:

A fabulous hotel with even more fabulous staff. Nothing is was too much trouble for any of the staff. The restaurant and food was really good with a great range on the menu . The room was clean and comfortable with a great design. We loved our spa session too a great facility.

Cons:

A few too many dogs although they are not allowed in the restaurant

We hebben genoten van ons weekje in Wales
Pros:

We hebben elke avond in het restaurant gegeten, en dat was telkens lekker. De kamers waren ruim. De spa was aangenaam voor een paar uur. Het was een goede uitvalsbasis om de kastelen in de regio te bezoeken. De parking was heel ruim. De receptie was goed.

Cons:

De toestellen in de gym werkten niet allemaal. Het ontbijt was een beetje eentonig.

Lovely relaxing time with great views
Pros:

It was central for either Llandudno or the other way to Betws-Y-Coed or Llanberis.
The hotel had everything we needed in the room. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff were lovely especially Cara who was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like
