Very nice set out downstairs restaurant ect
Good size room
Excellent food ,good bar
Plenty of parking
Staff very very good
The bathroom set up is strange no privacy
Fridge in the room is to noisy
EV charging point didn’t know needed to get apps ect which couldn’t download
We were only there for 1 night while visiting family, so didn't really get the opportunity to explore the area, but I know from experience that it is brilliantly located.
Evening meal & Breakfast were both excellent.
The room was modern and comfortable!
The shower was not really clean, some hairs/built up dirt. The pet fee was insane (50 pound), but they did put a dog bed in the room.
Stayed in room 206. This hotel is in a brilliant location for travelling around North Wales and Eryri. Nice modern rooms, decent size TV. The breakfast and evening meal was good.
The water pressure of the shower was very poor. Basically a trickle out of the showerhead.
No free spa access. Other hotels usually add in an hour of access to certain spa facilities.
The evening meal has an added service charge, which is a dodgy way of getting more money without increasing prices directly. Customers shouldn't have to ask for this to be removed. It left a bitter opinion on the restaurant so we refused to eat there a second time as there are plenty of other options locally.
Staff molto gentile e disponibile, parcheggio e acqua potabile gratuiti.
- Da migliorare la pulizia della camera
- SPA a pagamento per i clienti dell’hotel (non possono neanche entrare i bambini)
- poche scelte opzionali in caso di allergie al ristorante
I like the location
Bed sheet and pillow case never got change for 4 days not even clean the floor. Only just remade the bed.
Plenty of parking on-site, and the hotel is well-maintained with excellent facilities. We had a disabled room (only one available when we booked) and it was especially spacious. We booked the stay because they had air-conditioning available - the highs for the day were 35 degrees. It worked superbly and kept us cool, as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was included and the selection was decent and of high quality. There is an attached spa which was at additional cost, which we did not use. We had dinner in the restaurant, and they had excellent food, with adequate but not spectacular vegetarian or vegan options.
There's really not much around the area to do - no pubs nor restaurants, so the hotel is really the only option for meals and entertainment. Our room overlooked what seems to be a small reservoir, which used to be a water park with surfing that has long since shut down, so the whole facility looked very dilapidated.
We stayed here after completing the national 3 peaks, and the lady at reception who in fortunately I don't know the name off was brilliant, she couldn't help get us sorted enough,
One of the nicest places I have stayed
Beautiful location, fantastic staff and a good restaurant.
Air con throughout which made our stay as it was during the heatwave. Lovely outside facilities and a good spa with outdoor pool. Plenty of parking and electric plug in too. This was our second visit and we will be back.
Rooms where nice and clean spa is great everyone is super freindly nice stay x
Top floor is super windy and there's a draft and it's super loud.
Excellent location and facilities for a relaxing break away to just chill. Made the most of the on site spa facilities every day. Air conditioning was a welcome relief from the particularly hot weather during our stay. Just a short trip to visit the Great Orme at Llandudno, mooch about in Conwy and pop down to the Swallow and Fairy Falls respectively. Two very good restaurants just a few miles away at Tal-y-cafn
Additional costs for spa facilities soon racked up when making the most of it every day. Need to allow extra £25 per head for a couple of hours.
Great location / great staff / great food / luxury level service / great treatments - one of the best in the UK for sure
Nothing
Really friendly and helpful staff.
Very good restaurant.
Beds were much too firm for our taste but were advised at checking out that if we ask in advance next time an extra quilt could be provided to act as a mattress topper.
