Parking and location
Unclean bathroom with grime falling down the walls in the shower even after reporting it to reception and no change after cleaner visited the room. Dust in toilet, on doors, stains on sheets and walls, dirty floor.
Very modern and rooms lovely bed not the comfiest but I get that’s personal preference. Restaurant very nice and spa small but nice and didn’t get overcrowded. Overall a nice stay to explore close by
Where it is , with the closed down wave place and factory but close to where we wanted to be
I asked for another duvet and was told someone would come and noone came. So slept without it as was tooo tired to chase.

EV charging not as cheap as it could be.
Air conditioning in room wasn’t cold.
Great location. Food was really good. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and then breakfast.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
TV’s need updating. In such a remote location when we got back to the room my son wanted to watch a film. Unfortunately the TVs don’t have any smart features or Internet so you’re limited just to a few channels. This is something I would expect to be a basic feature in a hotel.we all are use to linking our accounts and chilling to our shows ect.

Can’t believe the price you pay the spa is not even included. This should be told.
Then to be told there’s not even any availability on the stay is ridiculous.

Clean, modern room. Nice breakfast.
There was a wedding on (which we weren’t warned about) who were directly outside our window and singing and being rowdy until about 2am and then screaming in the corridor shortly after the wedding had finished. At 10pm, we asked reception if we could change rooms as we were up at 6am to go hiking (we were in 119) to which we were told there were no rooms available but they would have a word with them to keep it down. We then called reception multiple times at midnight as they were just getting louder but each call went through to voicemail.

Clean, friendly, lovely atmosphere
Bed wasn’t comfortable at all - sprung mattress was quite creaky, room located on the 1st floor corner by the car park and we were woken up around 1am by someone revving their car and playing music.
Very nice restaurant and very comfortable bed.
