予想してた通りでした。
Pros:

同じ階の人達が他にいなかったのか、共同トイレで鉢合わせすることなくてよかった。
夜も静かでよかった。夏なのに涼しくてよく眠れました。

Cons:

シャワー付きとの記載であるがお湯が出ない。何分お湯を出しても30℃いかないくらいの水しかでません。仕方ないのでそれで洗いました。
また洗濯機付きなので使用したが下から水漏れ、乾燥機は何時間回しても乾かない。
付属の設備が最悪。
また室内も髪の毛が落ちていたり、廊下が非常に暑かったり、部屋の隣が喫煙所で室内にタバコの煙が入ってきて子供もいたので最悪でした。

Camas de solteiro são grandes . Banheiro privativo limpo. Quarto é amplo e confortável.

Cons:

Subir aí 3⁰ andar pela escada é um pouco cansativo.Mas, vale a pena o esforço.
