Deuxième séjour à Douro Scala
Pros:

L’emplacement est superbe, les chambres sont originales et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et servi de bonne heure.

Cons:

Le niveau du restaurant est très moyen. Entre autre, la bouteille de vin que nous avions commandée, nous a été reprise pour être placée au frigo, sans nous proposer de la mettre dans un seau à glace. Il a fallu la redemander pour pouvoir en disposer. Etonnant !

Serviço de restaurante muito demorado. Demoraram 1hora e 20 minutos para servir a entrada. Pedimos uma garrafa de água com gás que nunca chegou à nossa mesa e que nos foi cobrada. O hotel é bom no geral mas o restaurante deixou a desejar.

Tem várias falhas para um hotel de 5☆
O AC não estava a funcionar, não havia wi-fi no quarto, o balde do lixo do wc estava partido, a limpeza do quartos não tem um bloco de tempo certo para ser feito (uns dias é à hora do almoço, outros quase à hora do jantar), a limpeza não é das melhores, port exemplo, limparam a sanita e pingaram água para o chão e não limparam o chão.

Camas confortáveis, e vistas muito bonitas. No geral é um bom hotel mas longe de ser 5*.

Cons:

Para um hotel de 5* precisa de uma grande manutenção e de mais cuidado na limpeza e noutro pormenores (cortinados do quarto e toalhas da piscina com caruncho, chuveiros e zona de duche a precisarem de serem trocados, ginásio com poucos equipamentos e em muito mau estado). Pequeno almoço é bom mas não incrível.
