Zimmer groß und sauber alles da was man braucht
Da eine Mitreisende nicht so gut zu Fuß ist konnte sie kurzerhand eine Etage tiefer einchecken.

Cons:

Obwohl sehr entgegenkommend muss man anmerken das die Stufen für Menschen mit Bewegungs Einschränkung schwer sind Lift ist leider keiner Vorhanden.

Pros:

Wir haben vier Nächte im Hotel Hubertus verbracht und waren rundum begeistert! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – mitten in einer wunderschönen Region, perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen der Natur. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Erholung.
Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Gästekarte, mit der man viele Attraktionen kostenlos nutzen kann. Ein Highlight war für uns das Tauernbad, das sich nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt befindet – super praktisch und absolut empfehlenswert!
Das Essen im Hotel war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und völlig ausreichend, sodass man gut in den Tag starten konnte. Das Abendessen war jeden Tag hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt, vor allem wegen der tollen Lage und der Umgebung. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die aus unserer Sicht dringend verbessert werden sollten.
Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Die Betten waren leider deutlich durchgelegen – unsere Matratzen hatten bereits spürbare Kuhlen, was den Schlafkomfort stark beeinträchtigt hat. Auch die Ausstattung im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig: Die Nachtlampe über dem Bett war locker und hat gewackelt, der Boden hat bei jeder Bewegung geknirscht und teilweise fiel sogar Putz von den Wänden ab.
Zudem fiel uns direkt beim Betreten des Hotels ein unangenehmer Geruch auf, der sich auch im Zimmer bemerkbar gemacht hat.
Beim Service gab es gemischte Eindrücke: Während ein Herr aus dem Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, wirkte die Dame beim Frühstück teilweise etwas unfreundlich und angespannt, was die Atmosphäre am Morgen beeinträchtigt hat.
Unser Fazit: Die Lage und das Gesamtpotenzial des Hotels sind wirklich gut, aber eine Renovierung sowie Verbesserungen im Detail wären dringend notwendig, um den Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehmer zu gestalten.
