Pros:

Staff does not bother you, very quiet, definitely would come back

Cons:

Not having ice available, not enough towels or wash rags (there was 4 of us with only able to have 2 of each) no hair dryer or coffee maker.

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la ubicación estratégica, las camas muy confortables, el tamaño de la habitación también muy cómoda, resumiendo todo muy satisfactorio.

Cons:

No sé si es por política pero la habitación no la limpiaban todos los días, o no sé si había que girar las instrucciones para que se limpiara diariamente.

Where do I start?! The toilet sits soooo low! It's the size of my children's school toilet and they're in pre-k!! And the toilet seat was broken! The blinds were broken. It was ketchup stains in random places. Only one nightstand. And the honorable ANTS that came overnight!! I literally had to shake off everything in my bag!! Smh..it was disgusting and disappointing!!! Luckily we only stayed overnight. Thank God!! Less than 12 hrs. The room needs an upgrade seriously! The walk in shower was nasty! I didn't even think twice about NOT taking a shower!!! Tbh..I wouldn't have even given a review had they taken a percentage off my bill for the ants that I didn't ask for. But since they didn't, here we go!! And I'm not lying about anything just because they didn't. I was just willing to chalk it up!

Si buscas hotel cerca sea descanso , no es este
Pros:

Decepcionante, no es hotel , no es Airbnb. 15 días sin cambio de sábanas o toallas . Si quieres cambiarlas , ve a recepción por ellas . La basura debe sacarla a 200 mts del edificio . Tiene cocina pero ni un solo utensilio , ni un cuchillo, tan solo la estufa y el microondas. Pedí me permitieran cancelar la reserva y no lo aceptaron . El hoteles PET friendly pero poco aseo.

Cons:

Si no prestan servicio de aseo frecuente , deben informarlo al hacer la reserva . Ofrecer servicio de cocina integral sin un solo utensilio para cocinar o servir , es absurdo y costoso si se pretende usar. Tener la opción de mascotas y servicio de aseo deficiente para encontrar en pasillos desechos caninos = muy mal.
