great location and a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

beautiful hotel located so close to adelaide central markets and everywhere else. room was available before check in which was great as I wasn't well. breakfast menu was good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

air conditioning seemed to not work. staff at the restaurant were not that attentive - especially at dinner time

Room beautiful, staff questionable
Pros:

The room was beautiful, nicely laid out with everything needed for a short stay. The gentleman at checkout was lovely.

Cons:

Staff - We arrived very early, unavoidable sometimes. The doors were locked but there were staff setting up around us but wouldn't acknowledge us. We also watched people inside the hotel being ignored, we had to help people leave by pointing out the door release button that we'd been watching the staff use. We also got woken up while trying to catch up on sleep by a staff member in our room because they had forgot to check the mini bar from the previous guest.

Pros:

The room was spacious as usual, decoration was attractive and the location convenient.

Cons:

The coffee cups were dirty in our room, the toilet roll holder was broken and the valet parking did not bring the car around at the booked time making us late for our appointment.

Pros:

Location was really good, central to CBD with easy access to public transport. Nice modern rooms with quality facilities.

Cons:

Volume of default tv home screen with hotel details. It was way laouder than any channels selected. Effectively you could not turn the TV on at a low volume.

The location, cleanliness and facilities

Cons:

The bedding wasn’t great, not soft enough. The staff were lovely but not overly helpful in regards to parking. Didn’t know the parking was offsite and not just around the corner. So paying $30 for offsite parking is pretty average.

Great location, friendly service and all round great experience
Pros:

This hotel lived up to all expectations based on the listing and reviews, really enjoyable stay. A great location for exploring Adelaide, friendly and attentive staff, nice areas to explore within the hotel and really nice rooms

Cons:

The pillows were the only thing I did not enjoy - a bit flat for me

Friendly staff, good location if you're planning on visiting the Central Market.
Pros:

Being close to the market is great, when the market is open. The staff was nice and the bed was very comfy. The shower was good.

Cons:

I don't love the "glass box" bathroom concept in hotels lately - even with the glass frosted it feels weirldly exposed. And the light in the bathroom was terrible.
