I loved everything! Staff was really friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and the beds were super comfortable.
Everything was great. The other guests not cleaning up is what I would fix but you can't fix stupid and lazy people.

That the pool was a little small

Everything was perfect
We had a terrible experience and we did inform the front desk about it and they said they will speak to the manager. Initially I saw some areas that were not cleaned properly and I informed the front desk and showed them photos. We didn’t feel it’s necessary to change rooms as we were only staying one night and I myself cleaned the areas that were dirty. They gave a $50 credit to my stay because of the cleanliness issue. But I do wish we did change rooms. Later that night as we were going to sleep, my husband untucked the sheets at the bottom of the bed, and to our surprise a pair of red men’s underwear fell to the floor. We were horrified to say the least. It was 1am and too late to switch rooms so we slept in the beds regardless although we felt disgusted to do so. The cleanliness at this facility is truly lacking if they cannot even see that there is underwear in the bed when changing the sheets. We are not sure where the underwear was exactly, either under the mattress topper or under the mattress itself, but something like this should never be missed. I would like to request a full refund as this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.
I booked this room in February. I checked in for our June stay and the room we reserved wasn't available. They overbooked the hotel for a camp. We ended up in a Hyatt place room. The room is much smaller and a little tight for 3 people. We didn't have a microwave during the stay which was quite annoying. We had to go down to the lobby everytime we had to microwave something. We were charged 2 incidental fees and have to wait for this to be refunded. We were told we would be getting points deposited on our account for the inconvenience, but I have seen anything post. I almost wish we would have left that hotel and went to another one, but it was so close to my daughter's camp. We had just stayed the week prior and that trip was great. I have to say that the front desk always has an upbeat attitude, and are always pleasant to speak with. The rooms are clean and there is a good variety of breakfast items.
