In a very convenient location for shopping and food lots of stuff that’s close by to walk to staff was great and accommo
Pros:

The room service is very good. They come in and clean the room and make the bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was small, but it is to be expected most hotels in Japan rooms are small. I just wish there was a nice place to put the luggage.

Pros:

The rooms are generally small for families with young children, and we also had luggage with us.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I can’t understand why most food in Japanese hotel breakfasts contains pork. I would understand if it were included in a few items, but even though there is a significant increase in Muslim travelers staying in Japan, I don’t know why this issue is still being overlooked.

Be aware that the rooms are extremely small.
We booked one for 2 and we couldn’t fit 2 carry-on . We end up requesting to change to a room with three beds to use one for the luggage
I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone specially if you are traveling with kids.
There is only one elevator, but to my surprise we didn’t have to wait too long at the time of use
The staff do not speak English. There was a couple that have limited communication in English language. Even though they try hard in communicating and they were very polite.
To me is too expensive for what it is.

Great Hotel in Osaka
Pros:

Near train stn, nearby eating places, free breakfast, also option to use the laundry facility
Modern toilet.

這是我第二次入住,體驗還是一樣的好,枕頭真的很好睡每天都睡得很舒服!
Pros:

早餐是自助吧,不用看住房資料,直接就坐用餐
早餐豐富多樣,每天都會提供一道在地的美食,例如章魚燒&大阪燒&炒麵,非常的好吃!

Cons:

沒有樓梯,上下樓層都需要用電梯搭乘,有時候人潮眾多時,等電梯都會等比較久的時間

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, cerca de la zona mas turística y famosa de Osaka a unas cuadras caminando y la estación no tan cercana pero con facilidad acceso. Hotel pequeño y cumple con las condiciones para una cómoda estadía.

El trato del recepcionista me cobraron 2 veces el pago porque la primera no iba bien, y aun esperando que me devuelvan. el desayuno es japonés nada occidental, de buena mañana ya comer carne tortilla.... hay poca variedad... no hay para hacerse leche con cacao o neskuik estilo asi... solo cafe de maquina y zumos de maquina... no hay cubiertos, ni siquiera hay cucharas o palillos... microondas hay. pijamas que daban eran grandes bueno en general por lo que he pagado no me ha valido la pena. me costó dormir porque el ruido del aire acondicionado no para de sonar todo el rato casi ni poniendome tapones. bueno hay hoteles mejores uno que acabo de ir mejor que este solo se salva este por la ubicación. la colcha para taparse de manchas... el baño tiene un escalón cuesta subir y bajar la bañera pequeña en general nada bueno. solo la cama.
