Pros:

O hotel é muito agradável e tem boas instalações. O quarto é muito bom: bonito, moderno, limpo e confortável. O estacionamento é gratuito.

Cons:

Usarem pratos, talheres e copos descartáveis no pequeno-almoço. É desnecessário e muito pouco ecológico. Não percebi se tem housekeeping, pois nos 3 dias de estadia apenas foram arrumar o quarto uma vez e a cama estava muito mal feita.

We love to stay here!
Pros:

Location is great, staff onsite, friendly, helpful and available. Access to multiple restaurants that are close as well as a gas station across street.

Cons:

The room was a little run down. Cosmetic issues but CLEAN, no smells.

It was ok, probably won’t stay again though
Pros:

Comfortable beds, big room, enough beds for the family, very good price

Cons:

Hair in the shower not ours, not enough towels booked 4 and only had 3 towels, hair conditioner bottle was empty, reading lights on bed didn’t work, deadbolt would not lock, no ice on our floor, microwave hidden in a cabinet, pool closed at sunset.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was mediocre. I will not choose it again.

The staff was very friendly!

Cons:

Although it was raining outside so I understand the extra humidity… the entire hotel smelled extremely musty! I also didn’t like the breakfast. The eggs were not good and not having waffles on the weekdays is ridiculous!! The see through barn door on the bathroom was not good for families staying in the same room!!

This was a good stay, good facilities and very good staff
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, staff very friendly, price was very fair

Cons:

A few of the room lights didn’t work or were broken but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me at all

Excellent stay right off the highway 10
The room was clean, the staff set us up. She was great.
The room was away from the elevator and very quiet. Breakfast meh,but the coffee was fresh.

Perfect staycation
Pros:

The room size was perfect. The suite provided us more room than a regular size room. In addition to this, the hotel was close to the shopping areas.

Cons:

The beds were not that soft but nothing is never like home.

This is our third time staying here and it was by far the worse time!!
Pros:

There was not very much to like about the property.

Cons:

The smell on the second floor was horrendous!! The bath tub was not clean and the bed was like a block of cement. The sheets were very rough to the touch but the staff were very nice.

Pros:

Good breakfast. Great scrambled eggs. Very near other restaurants and shops ( Circle K).

Cons:

The receptionists seemed understaffed, and the rooms were not ready on arrival at 6pm, even though prebooked for months.
