安心、安定。
Pros:

仕事先とのロケーションと、どこへ行くにも交通の便が良かった。
スタッフの方の対応も笑顔で親切でした。
2度目の利用なので安心感がありました。

Cons:

連絡やリクエストの「履歴」が残っていなかったのか、チェックイン時に少し時間がかかったのが残念でした。
朝食がもう少しおいしいと嬉しいのですが…

廊下の空調（暑い！）、2台のエレベーターのうち片方しか動かしていないのでは？と言いたくなる客室への移動性、小さくて使いづらい洗面台のボウル、ベッドの角に脚をぶつける客室の狭い通路

Excelente, muy confortable
Pros:

Me gusto la ubicación, las camas muy buenas. Me solucionaron cambiándome de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funciono bien la primer noche y era verano y estaba caliente el clima.

快適でした！
Pros:

1Fロビーに無料のコーヒーメーカーがあり、それがとても美味しかった。スマホの充電ケーブルを持ってくるの忘れた！と思ったけど、部屋の引き出しに入っていたのでとても便利でした。滞在中ずっと雨でしたが、ホテル入口に長い傘だけでなく折り畳み傘用のビニール袋もあり重宝しました。

Cons:

アメニティは1Fロビーにいろいろ用意されていましたが、その中にシャワーキャップがあったらなおよかったです。
