Good location and friendly staff.
There was no AC in the room. The window, although you can open to get some air in, do not have a screen so mosquitoes were able to get in. And even if you want the windows open for air, everyone walking by can look straight at you and if you want privacy, and bring the dark shade down, that blocks any air from coming in. Not practical at all and had a sweaty night's sleep. Continental breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good though with less choices. Location was superb, all Centro Historico attractions were within short walk from the hotel. Though the hotel room was small but it had all necessary amenities as we spent very less time at the hotel. The staff were quite responsive and helpful.
Room was very small.
Electric kettle and tea bags were missing in the room.
The coffee available at the breakfast area had only one option functional and hot chocolate was not available.

El personal fue en todo momento muy atento y servicial, el dormitorio y baño muy limpios. El desayuno muy variado. la recepcionistas muy amables yy colaboradoras siempre, Felicitaciones para ASTRID.
No tiene aire acondicionado y aunque si tiene ventilador interno, nunca supe como encenderlo.
Hola! Las instalaciones son demasiado cómodas, tal cual para lo que es. Nada de lujo pero super cómodo. Lo mejor es que cuenta con desayuno incluido.
No tengo ni un disgusto!
