A very nice hotel except for the lacrosse guests
Pros:

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was big with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable. Would have given the hotel a 10 except for the issues described below.

Cons:

On Friday and Saturday nights, the hotel was overrun with families that had children participating in a lacrosse tournament. They literally trashed the place with food and waste left all over the common areas of the hotel. The kids also played lacrosse in the hallways. The families did not observe the quite times which started at 10pm.

Good place to stay if you can handle noisy kids on the summer weekends.
Pros:

Large, comfortable room

Cons:

The wooden utensils used in the breakfast area. Also, the hotel was overrun by noisy children, some playing lacrosse in the hallways. They pretty much trashed the place over the weekend. I understand this happens regularly during weekends in the summer, so beware.

Not so poor breakfast.

Cons:

We had to wait for someone for 5-10 minutes at reception time when we needed one during 1 day.
Despite booking room with 2 queen beds, we've got call upon confirmation from hotel, where they stated that despite booking, they sold-out such rooms and can suggest 1 king and 1 folding bed.
1 folding bed was quite sagging and with quite thin mattress, so not comfortable for adult to sleep.
Bed linen was not initially provided and when we've requested for one it was with blood strain.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Betten sehr gut. Es ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr ok.Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt weit weg von irgendeiner Ansiedlung. Nah ist nur ein großer Einlaufskomplex mit Walmart, Weinladen und Baumarkt. Es ist also mehr ein Business Hotel als ein Hotel für Touristen, die viel Wandern wollen.

C’est comme si nous étions invités dans la famille.
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Grande disponibilité de la part du personnel. Déjeuner copieux et très satisfaisant. Ça nous donne le goût de revenir. Ambiance très calme. Chambre spacieuse.
