Its location and the freebies they give for their guests daily in sachets (face masks, cleansers, lotions etc.)

Cons:

Like most or some hotels in Japan, the AC unit is not regularly maintained and having those molds that can make you sick

狭いながらも楽しいHOTEL
Pros:

荷物をチェックInまで預かってくれた。
アメニティ、バスローブなど最低限必要なもを必要な数いただけてよかった。
フロントにこえをかけずともすべて機械完結でシンプルだった。
ベッドもユニットバスもきれいだった。

Cons:

私達は小さいので特に不便はなかったが、部屋が狭いので体の大きな方２名で泊まると部屋のなかですれ違うのが大変かも？ロフトのベッドは背の高いひとだと足がでちゃうかも？でも、仲良く過ごして、狭いのも楽しめば大丈夫です。

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist super, Konbini auch gleich ums Eck. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war wirklich winzig. Den Koffer konnte ich nur am Bett öffnen.

Hotel angusto, pulizia zero,abbiamo chiesto che venisse pulita la bocchetta dell'aria condizionata, visto che mia figlia è allergica alla polvere ci hanno risposto si lo facciamo e invece nulla., Staff che parla solo giapponese e non è per nulla accogliente,colazione disastrosa, Le stanza sono piccolissime,, puzzano di stantio, di vecchio. Non c'è il servizio di rifare la camera. Di buono ha solo la posizione.

Great easy city stay!
Pros:

Perfect location, very easy to stay at and relaxed vibe. Very pleasant hotel. Bed was decent. Bathroom was decent. Happy customers!

Cons:

Quilt was weird and uncomfortable, pillow options and sheets downstairs so I could have fixed this myself perhaps.

Amazing breakfast! Loved that.
Love the location, Ueno station right around the corner. Great little bathtub and shower, aircon and bed is comfy enough. Easy to leave hotel and come back at any time of night.

Cons:

Quilt feels cheap and unpleasant, sheets and pillows are ok. Room is tiny but that's okay :)
