Everything
Staff is amazing
Fred is helpful and attentive to everything’s
I wasn’t allowed to check in and the person at the front desk was very rude I will never book here again !
Rude staff
very nice and fancy
breakfast is in fact NOT included you have to pay and order a breakfast item….
Very dangerous neighborhood after dark. Staff is uncaring and almost hostile. Valet was busy talking to his friends off in a corner smoking dope - I had to go get his attention and he made my car smell like something out of Cheech and Chong movie. Let me be clear - this hotel and the whole neighborhood sucks and is very dangerous. Do not subject your wife, daughter or girlfriend to this hotel or this neighborhood in general. It's awful.
Location and layout. Rooms were elegantly designed with lots of light sources and blinds. Loved open concept.
Refreshments - complementary lemon infused water, fruit, coffee & tea
Socialization opportunity in lobby - games, ample seating, wi-fi, etc.
For the entire time an entire section of the floor was cordoned off due to construction so we couldn’t use stairway to quickly get to the lobby from the second floor where we were staying.
Service could be better. Had to request service multiple times before we got it.
The staff was very very Nice
The rooms were very clean

It was very clean and staff was friendly.
Was very unhappy with the parking. I already paid a good amount for the room for 1 night and then had to pay to park . I can see if I was there for a few nights but for 1 night at $30 and my car next parking lot over from the hotel or pay $38.00 for valet parking. Was not happy about that . Then another $75.00 deposit . So a total of $105.00 extra after you get there . I was not happy about that .
It was clean and the staff were very nice. T
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel
Front desk staff was amazing! I wish I could remember her name, but one woman in particular took extra time to be kind to my daughter and talk to her about her dance competition. She went out of her way to be kind and helpful during our stay!
