Pros:

Location and layout. Rooms were elegantly designed with lots of light sources and blinds. Loved open concept.

Refreshments - complementary lemon infused water, fruit, coffee & tea
Socialization opportunity in lobby - games, ample seating, wi-fi, etc.

Cons:

For the entire time an entire section of the floor was cordoned off due to construction so we couldn’t use stairway to quickly get to the lobby from the second floor where we were staying.

Service could be better. Had to request service multiple times before we got it.

Nice but will not stay again because of all the extra money

It was very clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Was very unhappy with the parking. I already paid a good amount for the room for 1 night and then had to pay to park . I can see if I was there for a few nights but for 1 night at $30 and my car next parking lot over from the hotel or pay $38.00 for valet parking. Was not happy about that . Then another $75.00 deposit . So a total of $105.00 extra after you get there . I was not happy about that .

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Front desk staff was amazing! I wish I could remember her name, but one woman in particular took extra time to be kind to my daughter and talk to her about her dance competition. She went out of her way to be kind and helpful during our stay!

Beds were comfortable. It is centrally located to shopping and dining

Cons:

I went out in the morning to drop off my friend. Received a call that I had left everything in my room, according to housekeeping. Told them I was staying until check out time. Got back and was taking a shower and in walks housekeeping! They said they had been told the room was empty (but didn't you report to front desk that my items were still there?). I again repeated that I was staying until check out (it was about 10am). They left. Ten minutes later housekeeping came by AGAIN! I said nevermind and checked out. Overall everything was good except that.
