Cons:

The place was gorgeous but they wouldn’t let me pay with my Chime card……. Very disappointing because it’s no different than any other banking debit card.

Pros:

Las zonas comunes son muy divertidas si vas en familia hay zona de juegos y esta muy bien.

Cons:

Esta en una zona buena de congresos y oficinas, con metro cercano pero no estás cerca del centro y el shuttle que tienen solo te acerca a una distancia máxima. Por la noche el metro nos daba algo de miedo.

Pros:

Lots of public space in the main and upper lobbies. Excellent workout room. Very clean in all areas.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Valet and self serve parking are $20/night. No options.

When we checked in there were big white stains all over the couch in the bedroom, a black sticky substance on the floor, TV was broken (just displayed a blue screen), less than half a roll of toilet paper, toilet paper holder was broken, 2 towels for a family of 4. Unfortunately the sticky substance was still there even after we asked them to clean it twice, and the stains on the couch as well. We asked multiple times to please move rooms and they said there were so many that were "Out of Order", and the ones that were available also had stains on the couches. We also found big clumps of hair in the pool multiple times. Parking was not free, $20 a day. Breakfast was frozen meals heated up.
