breakfast was unappetizing went accross the street to another restaurant.
Pool was dirty and no shade at all. the fact that there were no beach chairs and a rental cost $16.00 X 2 plus a $15.00 delivery fee seems extreme Uphill to the beach UGH! probably not coming back ever $16.00 per day parking fee Didn't like that you had to have a KEY for just about everything. Best part was front desk Jocelyn and now she's back at college. She was an asset

Close to the beach & clean!

We will definitely return. The hotel is clean and beachy. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities needed for a beach trip. The staff is accommodating and super friendly. Just a short walk to beach. Chair rentals offered and brought to hotel. The (only) downside is the lack of Buffett for breakfast as pictured in the website.

Very solid stay, I would recommend a shade for one portion of the pool, other than that no issues.

Hotel is great! Wonderful location, clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The only negative feedback is that there were issues with the room keys. On check in, we were assigned a room and the keys didn’t work at all. Back to the desk for a re-do which delayed our check in. On the day of check out we requested a late check out and went to the desk to have our room keys reprogrammed as instructed. Keys no longer worked and we were locked out of the elevator and the room before our late check out time (right as we were trying to pack up and load the car!) Not sure if the key issues were a computer related problem or a staff related problem but something that this hotel should look into. Otherwise a fabulous stay! Will definitely stay again.

Great location on Fenwick. Comfortable rooms great pool. Restaurant is subpar. They charge for Self Parking! We were not aware of this. ridiculous. Thinly staffed at the desk. Cleaning Service tops and responsive. Good atmosphere

Our 8th time visiting the hotel and it is always a great experience. The only issue we ever have is the lack of service on the rooftop and poor quality of food. Also, our room was not cleaned thoroughly after a long day at the beach so dealing with sand from a 3 year old for 2 days wasn’t ideal, but won’t deter us from continuing to visit multiple times a year!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property, both the sleeping rooms and public areas. Lots of attention given to keeping the carpets vacuumed. Check-in was efficient and informative. The staff (Melissa, Madelyn, Ken) were friendly and helpful.

Nice location in a quiet, residential area. Love that it was walking distance to the beach and enjoyed that it was a larger room that had a kitchenette. The front desk was very friendly. Some areas for growth- the bartending staff can be more consistent with knowledge and quality of drinks. Also, the housekeeping could be more thorough, the floors felt very sandy and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. The WiFi was spotty. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise after being in other beach hotels.
It is very modern and nice while keeping a beach theme. Staff were very friendly and it is very close to the beach. I will definitely stay here again. Actually, I already extended my stay.

Great place close to the beach. Loved being able to walk from hotel. Also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Its small but just right for our needs. Place was very clean and well styled. Would love to stay again.
