Very bad experience

Cons:

Very poor management. I booked 2 day stay in this hotel. Payment was also given in advance. When I reached the hotel, they told there is no booking with us. After showing all emails they agreed about the booking. Then they told we can adjust you for only one day. For second day you need to book another hotel. This experience was really pathetic. Reception guy was also rude. They ruined my manali trip. Don't book this hotel if you want peaceful stay.

Cons:

Rooms were very suffocated. No proper ventilation. Sleep was suffocating. Bathrooms were stained and all taps foamless flow… clothes damped. Shower was choked with lime scales. Bedsheets and pillows were not cleaned.

I overall enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful. They were prompt and professional.

Cons:

The room service and complimentary water bottles/ tea, has to be asked for every day. It is NOT automatic.

Heritage property , staff are supportive , food is also good , we enjoyed our stay here .
Pros:

It’s heritage property with limited crowed , food is good and staff are very supportive, hotel is perfect for people who wants camp stay

Cons:

Acess of this property is little worry because we travelled by tempo traveller and it can’t go till hotel as road is narrow but hotel management arranged cabs for us , so they are taking care

Well good hotel in mid price range
Pros:

The stay was good , happy with the location and the food particularly chole bhature ! The only thing which was disappointing the price of water bottle which was more than double ! Rest seems perfect !
