Liked the area the hotel was located
Pros:

Clean,
Easy to get to
Breakfast was good

Cons:

Unfortunately the Tv didn’t work for an entire day( tough because my husband wanted to watch hockey playoffs)

Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The window blind did not lower enough to stop light coming in because it was too short and the air conditioner was in the way of the blind being lowered.. This meant that pillows had to be placed along the sill to try and reduce light coming in. Poor design

Not my favourite place.
Pros:

Good breakfast as always with Holiday Inn. Friendly staff.

Cons:

For a newer building, its showing lots of wear and tear. My room could have used a full paint job and so could all the common areas. This hotel definitely caters to hockey teams first and foremost. Hard to avoid or escape them when they are there. Kids playing hallway hockey from early hours. I went to breakfast at 6:30 to avoid them but instead the entire team was there jamming things up…..

Room was very dirty as something had been spilled on second bed and carpet was very dirty…I will look for another HIE…in
Pros:

Familiar place and good location…Have used this specific HIE numerous times

Cons:

Check in was a gong show. Needed 2 nights and would not honour B.Com rate, so had to book on-line and could not be assured the same room!Arrived at 0500 and asked for late check out of noon…Was called at 0900 to be told I could stay in the same room!

Fantastic Hotel. I always stay here as my doctor's office is block away.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly. Room was super clean. Lots of space. The king bed was super comfy!! I had a really good sleep.

Great would come here again for my future visits to Edmonton.
Pros:

Really good at this price point, felt like i was in a 5 star hotel, really clean and well managed. Very good on privacy too.
