We always like the vibe of this hotel.The location is great, away from the busy city but only a few minutes walk to the water front for a great range of dining options.

Cons:

This time we took a room rate that included breakfast. Generally you get good value for money in hotels with breakfast but not here.The Ala carte menu gives you one option to choose from. The 10 or so options ranged from toast and preserves to 2 eggs with a bit of bacon and 2 cherry tomatoes. One hot drink or juice was also included.
We settled for a granola bowl which consisted of the worst "homemade" granola.Encountered 1 piece of almond and a raisin, the rest was tasteless oats.
Husband took the egg option.
Although both options were sufficient in size it was not value for money. A glass of juice is $14.00 and if you wanted toast and jams an extra 19.00.
Won't be doing this next time we stay here.Better options available outside the hotel

Comfortable stay good quality Auckland hotel

, good quiet harbor location , close to all restaurants bars. Good design large rooms
Great helpful staff

Cons:

No porter or doorman to assist with luggage ,
Avoid the rooms on the Franshaw street side of the building as road noise during peak morning evening traffic maybe an issue

Pros:

Really lovely staff, room was great, comfortable. Stayed for one night for a concert at Spark Arena, only 20min walk away, great place.

We had a beautiful meal on first night.Staff. Waitress was extremely helpful.

Pros:

Gute Lage, gleich neben dem Fernsehturm. Tolle Aussicht, sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück gibt es nur a la Card. Und nur ein Heissgetränk ist dabei. Das ist ein bißchen mager.

Reception staff were amazing but the head lady at breakfast was totally rude spoiled the stay. Left waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment to be seated then dropped menus no explanation as to buffet or menu 🤷🏻‍♂️
