Nothing stood out
That you go to what l thought was a check in desk only to find out checkin was on 10th floor
The property was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. I also liked how quiet and relaxing the hotel was during my stay.

Location
TV did not work for 2 nights, Car parking was a bit strange. Wanted to book for a 5th night but they increased their price by $100 so moved to another hotel. Similar location and better value all round.
The staff were accommodating and allowed us an earlier check-in as we arrived into Adelaide earlier than expected.
I don't like the late 3pm check-in. It is too late. 2pm is better.
We left the hotel at 4:30am to catch our flight, so did appreciate we could get in by 1:30pm.
I wish they had a sauna onsite.

Check in lady on the ground floor was extremely accommodating with holding my bags until I could check in then she rang me when my room was ready! The gentleman who checked me out was also so lovely and chirpy which was fantastic to see.
The only downfall and it wasn't even bad would of been preferred to be on a higher floor due to kids in the pool area been quite loud but that was so minor I just let it go. Couldn't really fault anything

Tv services/signal was down so we couldnt stream all friday
We wanted to watch an afl game and didnt know it was a showdown on. So couldnt watch fremantle game anywhere. Had to watch on our mobiles.
Couldnt stream netflix on the tv only disney
