Would highly recommend it - great hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Beautifully appointed large rooms. Lovely helpful staff. Great little cafe at the entry to get a coffee in the morning. Large bathroom and the shower is great.

Cons:

The car park parks are very tight. We booked a room with a king size bed, but got 2 double beds, so had to sleep separately.

Pros:

Stayed overnight at the Crowne Plaza after traveling interstate. Our TV chrome-cast was not working in our TV so the staff upgraded our room to a corner view room! A lovely gesture however the chrome-cast still wasn’t working in our new room and the staff offered us complimentary breakfast too. Loved the service and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and it was worth the value for money!

Pros:

The breakfast was great, good choices

Cons:

If you had food allergies, the catered event food wasn't brilliant. On the Friday night anyone with an allergy was given a baked half of cauliflower that had spices on top. It was so spicy I ended up with blistered lips and tongue as well as a sore throat. The main meal was a chicken dish but because I had an allergy were not offered this. My allergy is to all seafood.

Exactly what you would want your stay to feel like when you pay for it
Pros:

Room was spacious enough without being too big. Everything worked! I’ve stayed in Adelaide a lot lately for my son’s medical treatment and Crowne at least has functioning heating/cooling…….
Room service was quick and delicious.
Bed was very comfortable. Staff were all very professional and confident with information/details

Home away from home
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was lovely and the staff who introduced the restaurant made it feel Michelin rated. The staff at check-in and everywhere were wonderful and the room was big spacious and so comfortable. That bed and the pillows were the best I’ve ever slept in. Felt like home
