They didn't tell us the heated pool was completely unavailable until after we tried to go in it

Amazing hotel. Highly recommend
Pros:

Stunning hotel. Great views of the East End of the city. Easy walk to Rundle Street for dinner and shopping. Large rooms with comfy beds. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Pool is outside so no good in winter.
