After 2 unanswered emails I now must leave this review and unfortunately it is not good. I would never go back to this place after gagging on a large chunk of hair that was in my food after waiting 30 minutes after everyone else at my table had their food. Absolute disgrace and not what I expect from a so called 5 star restaurant. Disgusting. Maybe put hair nets on your chefs because we went past the kitchen and they weren’t wearing any..
They can have a full review when I get my ‘bond’ back that they’ve been holding onto for a month!

Solid 4 star hotel. Nice staff, clean rooms and quiet.
Location, comfortable bed. Lovely room. Coffee machine. Free water and a gorgeous little bottle in fridge to refill at water station in reception. So many breakfast options. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was clean, lots of space, and breakfast was good!
Checking in was a little busy, and the line up outside the lift felt messy!
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, 2 nights in Room 410 and an additional night in Room 822 when we returned from Kangaroo Island. Outstanding staff throughout and very professional. Stored our luggage while on tour and all in readiness in the room on our return. Appreciated the early access to our room when initially arrived. Both rooms spacious and bright, the beds comfortable and amenities more than adequate for our needs.
