One of those places you don't want to leave. I could have stayed there for another month.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, brought right to our room. We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. A truly exceptional experience.

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren 30. Hochzeitstag im ARIA Retreat & SPA verbringen zu dürfen – und es hätte kaum schöner sein können.

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Zu unserer großen Überraschung hat uns das Hotel anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstags auf die traumhafte Penthouse Suite upgegradet. Diese Suite lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht und einer Ausstattung auf höchstem Niveau. Man merkt in jedem Detail, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird.

Das gesamte Hotel strahlt Ruhe, Eleganz und Exklusivität aus. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt.

Auch der Spa-Bereich ist hervorragend – modern, gepflegt und perfekt, um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Das Frühstück sowie das kulinarische Angebot waren ausgezeichnet und rundeten unseren Aufenthalt perfekt ab.

Für uns war dieser Aufenthalt etwas ganz Besonderes und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des ARIA Retreat & SPA für die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit und den erstklassigen Service.

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können dieses außergewöhnliche Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

All day dining was also very good. Food and wine selection was excellent

Amazing view but disappointed about general experience
Pros:

The view it’s absolutely amazing, apartments are luxurious, there is everything you need. Service was spotless. Breakfast served to the room.

Cons:

We were facing an issue as we came to the property with kids. During the check in we had been told at the reception that kids are not allowed to use hotel facilities as spa, pool and even restaurant and bar. So basically if you stay with kids at this property you have to stay in your room which is weird as it’s not marked as Adults only on booking - and I think it was not fair. We had been told that we can use other property next door with kids where the standard were ofc lower - and room rates as well. In general - big NO with kids, and I felt a bit disappointed.

The most incredible place to relax and switch off
Pros:

Beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing stay. The setting is stunning and the facilities are excellent. The spa is a real highlight and everything feels well maintained. Service was good throughout. A great place to switch off for a few days.

Cons:

Charging €30 per day for parking felt unnecessary, especially given how remote the location is. This should either be included or clearly justified.

Tai tobula vieta pailsėti!
Labai graži ir patogi vieta, nuostabūs vaizdai, labai paslaugus personalas, tobulo išplanavimo dviejų miegamųjų kambarys su didele terasa, erdvus ir labai gražus SPA, nuostabūs pusryčiai į kambarį su vaizdu į kalnus ir ežerą, puikios vakarienės - viskas buvo tobula! Nesinorėjo niekur iš viešbučio važiuoti. Tas kalnų ir ežero vaizdas!!! Ačiū už puikų laiką! Tai vieta, kur norisi sugrįžti.

Cons:

Viskas buvo nuostabu, nėra prie ko prikibti.
Nebent galėtų kambariuose būti pledai, kad vėsesniais vakarais (buvome kovo mėnesio gale) galima būtų susisupti į šiltą pledą ir dar ilgiau pasėdėti terasoje grožintis tuo nuostabiu vaizdu.
