Had a great overnight stay for mother's Day with the grandkids
Pros:

This place is probably one of the best hotels in the quinte area, Katie, the manager goes above and beyond for the guests. She made our stay on Saturday so special for mother's Day. My grandkids had a treasure hunt and they gave all moms at this hotel a gift for mother's Day. All the stuff was lovely. The place it was immaculate we really enjoyed our stay, this is our new go-to place for overnight pool stays. Thanks so much Katie and Staff! You guys were a wonderful! Esther, our cleaning lady was the sweetest woman you could ever meet also!

I can relax? Really! Thank you!
Pros:

What are you feeding your staff? How are they so nice so accommodating so wonderful so hospitable. In this day and age to go above and beyond without prompting is beyond excellent hospitality. Tyler at Night made me smile and welcomed me so, so well! I had come from a 14 hour drive and the slightest thing going wrong would have been a nightmare. But guess what even while there was a banking issue Tyler dealt with it immediately and suggested the alternative that was stress free! What a bright young man! He is going places! He deserves what's coming. To top it off Katie! She is a gem so accommodating and pleasant it's like they are saying come here kick your heels and relax we have your back! Like what even is that! In this day and age! Gosh! Bravo Holiday Inn team!
