Si le déjeuner était prometteur, il s'est avéré décevant en raison du manque de cuisson des éléments chauds du menu proposé: saucisses non grillées, patates molles et tièdes, etc.
La semaine dernière, dans l'établissement de la mëme chaîne situé à Kingston, l'expérience s'était avérée nettement plus appétissante pour exactement le même menu.
Location, convenience. The room was big and clean. The staff was helpful. We didn't try the pool, but it looked clean as well.
I didn't like the breakfast. The eggs didn't taste right, but there were a lot of other options such as fruit and cereal, so it was not an issue. I couldn't get the shower hot enough.
Breakfast was great I loved the pancake maker, staff was lovely. Seating was good although slightly limited we got the last table. Cleanly and food tasted good, I liked the cheese omelette. The bed was so comfortable, shower was great. Everything very cleanly.
I honestly cannot say there was anything I did not like. Except staff saying have a nice day when I exit the door when I know I am coming right back. Bye for now or take care would be better. But honestly thats the only thing I could say trying very hard because it was an excellent stay. Oh! The water pressure could be improved, but challenging in hotels.
Our shower wasn't working and we asked to get it fixed and it took us twice to request either a new room or to have the faucet fixed.
It was ok for one night but would not stay longer than that.

J’ai payé pour un lit King et rendu là-bas, pas de lit King dispo😳 on me dit que c’était sur disponibilité seulement. J’ai payé 30$ de plus que mon amie pour la même chambre qu’elle qui a réservé 2 queen
L’emplacement et le personnel
La Clim dans la chambre etait très bruyante

- Very comfy beds & pillows
- Nice pool and jacuzzi
- Clunky and loud AC units, even on low mode (are they being cheap with their units?)
- (I'm not saying they're old and worn out, I'm saying they're probably all new units, but loud and clunky)
- LOW WATER PRESSURE (everywhere)
- Eggs taste like tofu at best, turns out they contain ingredients: SEE PICTURE
BREAKFAST EGGS CONTAIN:
LIQUID WHOLE EGG, DAIRY, NON FAT DRY MILK, COLBY CHEESE MILK (BACTERIAL CULTURE, SALT, MICROBIAL ENZYME, COLOUR), MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT, XANTHAM GUM, CITRIC ACID, PEPPER
(If you just want plain eggs for breakfast, it sucks for you)
(Cheap, tasteless syrup, instead of actual maple syrup, an insult to Canadians)
- Soap more distant than lotion even though more likely to be used than lotion (intentional?)
Close to all amenities, food stores, close to downtown core
Could have better pillows, carpet in room could use update
