Cons:

Es war 28.5 Grad im Zimmer - die ganze Nacht. Draussen war es 18 Grad, frische Bergluft, aber das coole grosse Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Nur ein 8cm breites Seitenfenster vergittert konnte geöffnet werden. Minimalistische Einrichtung und höfliches Personal beim Frühstück. Nie mehr!

Cons:

Rien que pour la réservation, c’est compliqué. J’ai reçu cinq e-mails me demandant toujours de confirmer la réservation alors que le paiement avait déjà été effectué. J’ai même reçu un e-mail indiquant que la demande était une arnaque, ce qui n’est vraiment pas rassurant.

Impossible non plus de payer par Twint. Pour comparaison, j’avais réservé un hôtel à Crans-Montana pour le lendemain : j’ai payé directement par Twint et tout était réglé, sans complication.

À l’arrivée, personne à la réception : tout est informatisé. Pour le prix de la chambre, c’est vraiment dommage. En plus, dans la chambre, il n’y avait même pas de chaise ni de table pour poser ses affaires.

Au final, l’expérience est loin d’être à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Cher pour ce que c'est et grosse faille de sécurité IT
Cons:

Tout le processus est digital, mes données ont fuité et j'ai été victime d'une tentative de phishing. C'est inacceptable. Si l'hotel décide de faire un processus digital alors il doit assurer la sécurité des données.
