Confort y buena atencion
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, tenia variedad de frutas, panes y alimentos salados. Ademas, era muy facil encontrar tus preferencias al desayunar y la atencion del personal muy, muy buena.

Cons:

Tal vez el restaurante, que atiende en la tarde y noche, deberia tener una carta mas accesible para turistas latinoamericanos.

Pros:

So, we liked the breakfast, the restaurant/bar, and the staff!

Cons:

4 star hotel ? 😕 small rooms, you just have towels and shower gel, nothing else, no sticks to clean your ears, no plastic head cover, etc… nothing.
The window in our room did not close properly, you hear everything from outside, we asked for it to be repairs but nothing. If you have a room exactly near the elevator, you will hear the elevator like a train passing by every time. Small things like this that can/must be improved!

Warm Service and Helpful Local Tips
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay, and what really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. The team was consistently friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

I would especially like to highlight John, the Filipino staff member who was there during the weekend. He was always kind, cheerful, and very attentive. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference during my stay. Also, Mateo, the Spanish staff member, provided equally great service—he was friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.

In addition, I really appreciated their local recommendations. They suggested some great nearby restaurants, which turned out to be excellent choices and truly enhanced my overall experience.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the outstanding staff and their thoughtful hospitality.
