Nettes Hotel in zentaler Lage
Pros:

Erstaunlich nettes Hotel für 3 Sterne!
Die Zimmer und Bad modern renoviert und groß.
Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet.

Cons:

Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer aufs Dach mit Klimaanlagen war jetzt nicht der Hit- aber wir waren ja nicht hier, um aus dem Fenster zu gucken.

Elektrische Rollos, sonst gar nichts.

Cons:

Das Comfortzimmer war mit 30 qm angegeben, hatte aber inklusive Bad höchstens 20 qm. Dies wurde an der Rezeption bestritten, obwohl wir das Zimmer ausgemessen haben. Daher war der Preis von fast 300.- € pro Nacht heftig, auch wegen der Lage fernab der Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der "hoteleigene" Parkplatz (14.- € pro Tag) befand sich im Hinterhof einer Wäscherei ca. 200m entfernt. Unsere Bitte um einen Preisnachlass wegen der falsch angegebenen Zimmergrösse wurde kategorisch abgelehnt.

Pros:

This hotel was way beyond its 3 stars! It was absolutely fabulous, our room was so comfortable and relaxing with an excellent shower and lovely little balcony. The breakfast room was a delight and it even had its own private oasis - a beautiful garden for guests to relax in.

Cons:

Not being able to stay longer!

La habitación

Cons:

No hubo agua caliente desde el dia que llegamos y nadie nos avisó en el momento en el que reservamos. Sin duda no resulta agradable bañarse con agua helada, pero es no respetar al otro ocultando ese problema.

Всё отлично. Просторный, светлый, очень чистый номер, На полу мягкий ковролин. Есть чайник, чай, кофе в пакетиках.Парковка стоит 14€, нужно заказывать.До парковки нужно немножко пройти На ресепшене.вежливо встретили!

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage mitten im Zentrum

Das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Wir haben für 2 Personen gebucht und das Zimmer war leider nur für 1 Person vorbereitet. 1 Bettdecke 1 Satz Handtücher. Dafür war diese 1 Nacht schon recht teuer und es gab auch keine Entschädigung das wir mit einer Bettdecke schlafen mussten.

Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war größer als erwartet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und man kann von hier fußläufig alles erreichen.

Alles super immer gerne wieder.....

Great stay at Hotel Brenner.
Pros:

I particularly liked the space of the bedroom and the view to the peaceful garden. I had a lot of light and I really enjoyed the peace of the garden. Also the location was for me ideal, I liked the short walk to the old town. Beautiful city.

Cons:

There is nothing I disliked, Staff of the hotels were extremely friendly and helpful.
Just a small negative point maybe: The pillows that were a bit small. And I could have used one or two more.
