I had a rain meeting there. I have to say that the front desk, all the management’s and the managers were totally unprofessional despite the fact that the meeting went very well. All the involvements in the meeting keep saying that it was totally their own hotel I have picked up. The rooms were dirty, the people were very rude. I will not suggest it for anyone to arrange a professional meeting there, either to stay

היינו בקושי 12 שעות במלון כי הייתה לנו טיסה לפנות בוקר והגענו ללילה אחד, אבל יכלנו לראות שהמלון נקי מאוד, החדרים נקיים, מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, חדרים ענקיים, נהננו מאוד מהקזינו ומהמסעדה האיטלקית

I regularly visit the hotel. Amazing breakfast, great location, fully functional gym, as its owned by external operator, etc. It would be amazing hotel, still some small and annoying things...

Cons:

Most visitors are there due to the casino, so not exactly the normal 5 star audience if you are a business traveler. Last time key for room not working, so I go once to reception, they send a person with me, the room cant open again, battery of the lock is empty, we are waiting 10 minutes, technicians are coming, then need to go for battery. I just went to reception and asked to change the room, could be done from beginning. Could be a great hotel, but some small and annoying things repeatedly...
