Die sehr gute Lage, sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Hotel.
Das gute Frühstück. Parken direkt am Hotel im Parkhaus.

Perfect voor een bezoek aan Keulen.
Pros:

Locatie en de staat van het hotel erg modern schoon

Cons:

Ik had verwacht dat het hotel een deal zou hebben voor parkeren €32,50 is voor. 24 uur best veel. Parkeren is €4,50 p/uur dus het dagtarief haal je altijd.

Goed hotel als je centrum wil bezoeken.
Pros:

Fijne plek om loopafstand van het centrum. Auto kan ik de garage onder het hotel (wel betaald, niet goedkoop!). Uitgebreid ontbijt en kamers met airco. Restaurant naast de deur en op loopafstand een biertuin en ook fastfoodketen.

Cons:

Het personeel was niet heel vriendelijke en behulpzaam toen we een probleem hadden. Uiteindelijk ook niet opgelost.

Super - komme gern wieder!
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer mit gutem Bett und prima Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstück. Das Frühstück war perfekt, die Lage exzellent.

Cons:

War alles prima. 1 Stuhl mehr im Zimmer wäre fein gewesen.

Fijn hotel, vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Dichtbij het metrostation, de Lanxes Arena, en het centrum (de dom en winkelcentrum) alles op loopafstand. Nette maar niet een heel ruime kamer, fijne douche en goede bedden en airco. Parkeergarage in de buurt, €32,00 (24uur)
Via de parkeergarage kun je met een lift naar de receptie (lobby) van het hotel.
Ook een restaurant vlakbij het hotel aanwezig.

Cons:

Het ontbreken van een koelkastje en waterkoker.
( dit staat overigens vermeld in de omschrijving).
