Gelungene Kurzreise
Pros:

Wir sind wegen einer Veranstaltung in der Laxess Arena nach Köln gereist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, fußläufig zu Bahnhof und Halle. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Stadtblick Richtung Dom gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The room was perfect for a short stay. Very close to the city (metro station right at the front) and the concert arena (ca 10 min walk). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing missing from the room would be a kettle and some tea/coffee. The room was a bit small for two, but it was no issue to us.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt ohne Bemängelungen.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, es ist sehr sauber, der begrünte Innenhof mit Springbrunnen ist ganz wunderbar. Der Service war makellos und die Bedienung an der Bar ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Es gibt aus verständlichen Gründen keine zu öffnenden Fenster.

Pros:

Sehr nah an der LanxessArena, aber auch nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt.
Sehr nah am Bahnhof Köln Deutz. Deshalb hat man ab und zu Züge gehört, aber nicht übermäßig laut.

Gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein wunderbarer Frühstück, besonders die Gartenterrasse hat uns begeistert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Vorhänge haben super verdunkelt und der Deutzer Bahnhof war nicht zu hören.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr im Parkhaus waren extrem hoch, hier hätte ich mir als Hotelgäste eine Ermäßigung gewünscht

Ein gelungener Aufentalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut von der Bahn aus zu Fuß erreichbar und liegt zentral zu allen sehenswerten Stellen Kölns. Für uns als Konzertbesucher war die Lage zur Lanxess Arena ein Grund um zu buchen.
Das Personal ist außerdem sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Duschbad und die Seife. Wir mögen den Geruch einfach nicht. Außerdem ist die Größe des Bettes mit 140 m für zwei Erwachsene zu klein. Dann vielleicht lieber 2 Einzelbetten.

Pros:

The rooms have a good size, are modern and super clean.

Cons:

A bit too expensive, but I guess it all depends on when you go and what events are taking place at the moment there (Messe, Konzert Halle, etc)
