We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, whether traveling as a couple or with children.
The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed assistance. Their professionalism and positive attitude made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation: a large and very clean pool, a great sauna, excellent food, attentive service, and spacious, spotless rooms. The entire property is well maintained and creates a very pleasant atmosphere.
We visited in June, and the hotel was not overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the clear separation between the family-friendly areas and the quieter spaces for couples, allowing everyone to enjoy their holiday without disturbing one another.
The surroundings are beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views in every direction and stunning sunsets that made every evening special. The location is also very peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and relax.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly return.
While our overall stay was excellent, there were a few issues worth mentioning.
The main problem we experienced was with the airport transfer service. Upon arriving in Tirana, our transfer was approximately 20 minutes late. During that time, we were unable to reach the reception by phone, which caused some stress because we did not know where to go or who to contact. Eventually, the reception located the driver, and it turned out that he had been there the whole time with the other passengers already in the vehicle. However, he did not have a sign and never approached us, so there was no way for us to identify him.
Unfortunately, a similar situation occurred on our departure day. The transfer to the airport arrived about 10 minutes late, and the driver informed us that he had not been properly notified about our airport transfer. While 10 minutes may not seem significant, it can be stressful when traveling to catch a flight.
Another point to consider is the location. Although the hotel is very quiet and conveniently close to the airport, it is quite far from Tirana city center. Taxi rides cost around €20 each way, and there is no public transportation available. In addition, there is no beach within walking distance or nearby.
These issues did not ruin our stay, but improving the transfer organization would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
It was absolutely lovely! Modern and clean, accommodating and kind staff. The pool was magnificent!

Beautiful, modern, clean, good breakfast
The thermostat is set and it won’t go below a certain temperature for cooling. You have to be in the room for it to work and that is fine, but even then it would quit working and have to be reset. It was hot and we kept getting up in the night to reset it. For a luxury hotel we were a little disappointed.
Son aspect moderne, spacieux, propre, l’accueil du personnel, la piscine qui permet de se relaxer.

Rien, sauf la navette pour l’aéroport: une fois en retard et l’autre fois le chauffeur s’est arrêté et a disparu pendant 10 minutes sans explication ni excuses à son retour.

Die Küche im Familienzimmer ist wirklich sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Hier ist sicher nicht geplant, wirklich was zu kochen. Bei 4 Tellern, 4x Besteck etc.
Dass in einem 5 Sterne Hotel externe kindergeburtstag mit Hüpfburg mit Wasser etc. Stattfinden (jeden Tag während unserer zwei Tage) fanden wir nicht so passend. Allgemein die Nutzung von extern als öffentliches Schwimmbad…schwierig, da dadurch viel Trubel ist und es irgendwie nicht passt.
Abends im Restaurant hat alles recht lang gedauert, obwohl nicht viel los war. Der Wein kam auch weit nach dem Essen. 😜
Von der Qualität her war es aber gut.

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, great service and delicious food and fresh drinks available at all time. I loved using the outdoor swimming pool, the Spa and wellness facilities as well as the Beaty therapy, I had a great facial massage experience with Rudina. The resort has leverything I needed and I really enjoyed my time there.
Nothing that I think of,
I did not have any breakfast, My flight was early morning, you should start breakfast earlier.
The shuttle bus dropped us off behind the airport, not in front, it was a distant with the luggages.
