Elevator wasn’t working. No toilet paper in room. TV remote didn’t work even after new batteries, so no tv either. Many long term live in residents loitering outside the side and front doors. Two men smoking a joint in the landscape area back behind my vehicle. Mulch and landscape itself was dry, tired and old. Parking lot muddy… dry red clay all about it. Paper thin walls. Sounded like someone above me was moving furniture until after midnight. I could hear an adult for hours, but then later only the smaller pitter patter of what seemed a child up by themselves, seemingly pushing the chairs across the room. Then around 3:00 a.m., very loud foul mothed women beside me came in and were talking about orgasims and the like… they didnt pass out until about 5:00 a.m. it was as a very awful stay. Floors were filthy. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well, backed up. Had to clean the shower walls as something brownish was streaked on 2 sections of the shower walls. The tv and microwave had been wiped but were streaked all over. The kitchenette backsplash had grease all over… the top of the tv and shelf it was sitting on was all sticky with grease.. I felt it as I was trying to get the tv to work without a remote. The door knobs, handles and light switches were nasty, fingerprints all over them. Glazing coming off in the tub/shower and the toilet handle itself seems painted and was peeling. Our bed was not comfortable at all, but actually appeared to have new sheets and some pillows. That truly was the only reason we stated. Had the bed been gross, we’d left for sure. Surprisingly no signs of bugs. Overall, I wouldn’t advise families traveling to Carowinds to stay here at all. Not the right fit.

The room was dirty the AC didn't work.. ask for a different room but they were full.
There was little to like- we got there late due to flight cancellation and only needed to stay overnight- but despite exterior the rest was subpar- no working elevator and rooms appeared dilapidated and made you wonder about cleanliness, toilet ran nonstop
In the early morning no one at desk and found access back to airport highly challenging
Sorry this was typed in the wrong section but seeing this request for a reply just made me start typing

Nothing.
Didn't feel safe. Bad area. Commode overflowed. Didn't stay. Left and went somewhere else. People wondering around in halls.
Close to the highway and Starbucks
The blanket was thin and the pillow was thin also
The first gentle man from first night was cool then the next day I asked for towel the lady was like I need old towels I told her I haven’t showered yet still didn’t understand then finally got towel last day the general manager Veronica Adam’s was very rude. I would never recommend or go against bad service plus no housekeeper or no elevator it was out of service
Nothing
It was nasty the toilet was nasty the sink didn’t drain nasty when water builds up . The sheets was overly used . It was a true nightmare . First time in hotel
In while but that really turned me off . Also when I called for pillow after pillowcases was stain they stated they had none they also stated they only clean room every 14 days . It just gave me nasty feeling I had use my own towels and go out to
