Not worth the aggravation at all. Lazy staff & management.

Nothing. Never went. The hotel never verified anything, nor did they ever return phone calls or emails about needing to change the date. According to emails I saved from this site, Booking.com, the hotel never responded to them either in reference to changing dates or cancelation. The hotel never refunded me anything. Never reached out about any concerns mentioned. Yet Booking.com kept sending me reminders & questionnaires like this one about this particular travel arrangement. I only got some money back by claiming fraud to my bank.

Pros:

The breakfast staff was very friendly. The rooms were a decent size.

Cons:

The guest service staff was not very friendly but it depended on who was there at the time. The room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom was NOT cleaned. There was snot on the wall in the bathroom, drop of pee on the toilet and hair on the floor.

The shower was slippery and no hand rails available. Also the shower leaked really bad on the floor when taking a shower. Informed the staff when we left.

Cons:

Curtains on 1st floor were to sheer. Yoy could look right out and someone could look right in. Towels too thin.
