Comoda per l'aeroporto internazionale IST, si raggiunge tranquillamente con i mezzi pubblici in poco più di mezz'ora considerando eventuali cambi autobus/metro. Personale cortese, stanza adeguata per una notte in attesa del volo

Pros:

The hotel room was nice and clean, with a refrigerator and kettle—basically, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also clean. I was very pleased with my stay! Most importantly, it's close to Arnavutköy Hastane Metro, a 10-minute walk!
I'd like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff. Everyone was very friendly and polite, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and a great mood. I've already been here fout times, and I hope to come back again as a regular guest! Thanks to everyone! I highly recommend this excellent hotel! See you soon!

There is not enough lighting in the rooms, it is somehow dark.

Cons:

One of the staff members had a really bad attitude and was very unfriendly. It took him over an hour just to bring a hairdryer, and because of his unkind attitude, this stay was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The room was dark and dirty, unlike the photos, and the shower glass door was broken. The breakfast was also different from the photos, just a simple meal.
I want the unkind man to know that as long as you're kind, our stay will be comfortable no matter what kind of room it is.

Good rooms and breakfast.

Cons:

The receptionist refuses to issue an invoice.
Also, we asked him to call a taxi to get us to the metro station. He called "a friend". It was a horrible experience. The driver lied to us about going to the metro station and took us to the airport instead. Disrespectful and his style of driving was dangerous, we didn't feel safe (two women with children)! I know the hotel is not responsible for the taxi driver but they should choose more reliable partners. I had much better experiences in other hotels before when they called a taxi.
