Cons:

One of the staff members had a really bad attitude and was very unfriendly. It took him over an hour just to bring a hairdryer, and because of his unkind attitude, this stay was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The room was dark and dirty, unlike the photos, and the shower glass door was broken. The breakfast was also different from the photos, just a simple meal.
I want the unkind man to know that as long as you're kind, our stay will be comfortable no matter what kind of room it is.

Good rooms and breakfast.

Cons:

The receptionist refuses to issue an invoice.
Also, we asked him to call a taxi to get us to the metro station. He called "a friend". It was a horrible experience. The driver lied to us about going to the metro station and took us to the airport instead. Disrespectful and his style of driving was dangerous, we didn't feel safe (two women with children)! I know the hotel is not responsible for the taxi driver but they should choose more reliable partners. I had much better experiences in other hotels before when they called a taxi.

Pros:

Location was super, 20 min from the airport. The room was clean.

Cons:

Nobody mentioned that the breakfast is not included in the price and the breakfast could be better. It had one boiled egg, veggies and ham&cheese + bread. Coffee/tea is included, no juices.

Stopover Hotel nahe am IST
Pros:

- Sehr freundliches Personal, easy Kommunikation via WhatsApp
- Metro Fahrzeit zum IST unter 20min, Metrostation ist zu Fuß in ca 15min erreichbar
- zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Läden (ua ein großer LC Waikiki) in unmittelbarer Nähe
- Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar

Cons:

Obwohl alle Zimmer Nichtraucherzimmer sind, roch es so, als wäre früher geraucht worden wäre, vor allem in Teppichen und Vorhängen hängt dieser sehr unangenehme Geruch. Ich hatte das der Rezeption mitgeteilt und anscheinend ist das Problem bekannt und wird bearbeitet.
Durch die zentrale Lage ist es ziemlich laut.
Die Kombi aus Zigarettengeruch bei geschlossenem und Lärm bei geöffnetem Fenster war für mich leider sehr unangenehm und ist der Grund für die “gut” Bewertung. Ich hatte aufgrund meiner Flugverbindung ohnehin nur eine Nacht gebucht, aber ich wäre vermutlich keine zweite Nacht geblieben.
Schade, denn ohne den Geruch wäre das Hotel sehr gut und empfehlenswert.

Good value option for a overnight airport stay
Pros:

Only 20 minutes from the airport and the hotel organised the transfer for 60Euros return. The room was clean and a reasonable size. A fe wow the light bulbs needed replacing but that is no big deal. Sure friendly staff. Very central for shops, cafes and places to eat.

Cons:

There was a reasonable amount of road noise and not great noise isolation between the rooms. hard to get to by public transport.

Pros:

Отель в принципе понравился. Расположение отличное. Большой, очень чистый номер, отличная ванная комната. Всё в рабочем состоянии. Единственное, что напрягло- это отсутствие окна.
