良いとこ悪いとこ半々でした
Pros:

立地が良く県立美術館や道後温泉などの観光地へ足を運ぶのも便利でした。

Cons:

最初に案内してくれた受付の方の対応が微妙でした。
あと部屋の冷蔵庫内にカビが発生してて少し不衛生でした。

The rooms were clean. Washing machines and free water are available.

The rooms were quite small; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor, and the breakfast wasn't to our liking.

Fabulous hotel, great location, lovely helpful staff.
Pros:

Wow this hotel was perfect- great location, helpful staff, friendly well organised, breakfast was included and was delicious. Our room view was of the castle! Highly recommend this hotel and great value for money.

2個29吋行李可以整個打開
免費的早餐十分豐富，也很美味
接待人員很親切。

Check in 時
明顯感受到櫃台人員對日本人比較親切，對外國人很冷淡，知道先生是日本人後，立刻態度又改變。
