Good location, disappointing management.
Pros:

City-centre location within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The second room we were moved to was clean, well maintained.

Cons:

Our first room had a strong damp smell, poor maintenance and poor cleanliness, making it difficult to sleep despite costing €446.50 for one night. The biggest disappointment was the manager’s response afterwards, which dismissed our concerns, blamed the customer and refused to acknowledge the genuine issues we experienced.

this hotel was recommended to us and I will definitely recommend this hotel to those who will visit.
Pros:

the room was great. Despite small size, it had everything we needed and was well designed. Location was great as well. Staff were nice but in an average way not extraordinary

It was ok.
Pros:

Location, staff, very good. Room service, also good.

Cons:

They are improperly labeled on booking.com as having air conditioning-- it is not, it is an eco-friendly air recycler of some kind. It did not get to my desired temperature once during my 5 day stay. Also as I was inspecting some of the air-recycling things, I noticed it wasn't terribly clean. and a few things around the margins, like the light fixtures were slightly coming out of the wall.

Extremely slow check in process making EVERYONE (party of 6) fill in documents on arrival and provide an email address, claiming the latter was law, but this is the first time I’ve ever had it in Spain. They could have sent this document ahead of time, like many other hotels do.
