Good but definitely not excellent
Pros:

Nice and vibrant rooms they also felt soundproof which I liked a lot!

Cons:

It is annoying having to cross the entire street walking half of the hotel in order to access your room!
It was far more annoying that I wasn’t able to leave the building as the key wasn’t opening the exit door and had it not been for a guest coming from the opposite side, god knew how long I would have stayed there!!

Pros:

Only location was good .

Cons:

No air condition ,they gave us FAN 🤣
Geneva was 33 degres ,20 th century no air condition .How would it be ??we were schocked .We were as a family ,and two rooms
were very dissapointed .
Who wants to go this Hotel,they must think about twice !!!

Excellente équipe.
Un grand merci aux collaborateurs de la réception dont je n'ai malheureusement pas les noms et prénoms:
Une dame d'origine grecque et un monsieur d'origine franco-marocaine.
Ils possèdent tous les deux un excellent sens du service. Ils étaient aimables, courtois et très serviables.
Mes beaux-parents et ma famille ont adoré le séjour.
Nous avons besoin de plus de staff de cette qualité dans l'hôtellerie suisse. Un sourire, de ls flexibilité et de la bienveillance changent absolument tout à votre séjour.
10/10 pour le cadre et les chambres.
10/10 pour l'emplacement.

Pleasant and Location made up for everything. Easy to get around with many options for death and shops.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Staff were generally nice and helpful. Shout out to Sophie!

Cons:

No Aircon which is shocking for a 4star and price of hotel. Not the best sleep because it was very hot. Also no tea and coffee. That should be standard. The rooms are on the small side so best you travel light, especially if there’s two in a room.

600 евро за сутки без завтрака ,без комфорта. А поднятие категории предложили за 300 франков...
Pros:

Расположение самого отеля хорошее, быстро нашли. Но потом началось худшее что может ожидать турист вечером по прибытии в новый город. Заселение происходит с другой стороны улицы, квест найти двери в отель. По карточке заходишь с улицы в дверь, поднимаешься на лифте , выходишь и думаешь , что это какие то служебные помещения.. но проходишь еще несколько дверей и как в университетском общежитии: в предбаннике две комнаты.. чуть жутковато..

Cons:

Номер маленьких , обшарпанный, не забудьте попросить переходник для розеток.. иначе останетесь без возможности заряжать ваши гаджеты, утюг и другие электроприборы
