Staff were exceptionally helpful. I showed up much earlier that suggested for check in and not only did the allow me to check in the even upgraded my room!

Gute Lage.
Frühstück war nicht frisch und lieblos, zu teuer. Im Zimmer dröhnte irgendwoher die ganze Nacht ein Ventilator. Vom Innenhof her war es sehr lärmig, entweder laute Musik oder Personen die diskutierten.

Rooms were a bit small
Ottima struttura, confortevole, ampia e centralissima. Personale estremamente cordiale e ottima colazione.

Location is excellent - a pleasant twenty minute walk to the city centre and all it's amenities and the Lake.

Great location near the lake.
Breakfast was very poor.
There were not enough Staff to deal with the influx of guests prior to office hours.
It was open to 11am.
Coffee machines unreliable.
Hot food was cold and not topped up as used.
Once the rush was over the Chef did not seem to refill the buffet.
Bread ran out.
No beans,mushrooms , sausages, tomatoes all cold.
The hotel was well located and beautifully designed. The room was small but the design was fresh and beautiful and incorporated everything one might want. In addition the staff was young, friendly and helpful. All in all it was an extremely enjoyable stay.
My stay was very short but perhaps for a longer stay the small room size might become a problem but as I said above, it was beautiful and had plentiful amenities and a delightful staff.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Marmont Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, right in the heart of the Old Town. We booked an upgraded room, and everything was truly wonderful. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
A few minor things could be improved. The room was a bit warm, and it could be noisy at night when the window was open because of the restaurants below. We also noticed some makeup stains on the bed linen upon arrival, which was disappointing. The Geneva Transport Card was only provided at check-in despite our request in advance, and the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.
However, these were only small issues and did not affect our overall positive experience.
La chambre est spacieuse
Le nettoyage de notre chambre n’était pas faite. Pas de climatisation, parking compliqué. Aussi pas de tour de l’hôtel effectué par le personnel à notre arrivée.
A really enjoyable stay overall. The standout for me was the room -absolutely spotless and exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was genuinely five-star quality, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only minor point is that the downstairs/reception area could feel a little more welcoming, but that’s a small detail. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I would happily stay again
