Ons verblijf bij Gardelli Resort was helaas erg teleurstellend door de kleine, zeer gehorige kamers en de geluidsoverlas
Cons:

Helaas hebben wij geen fijne ervaring gehad bij Gardelli Resort. We zouden hier oorspronkelijk drie nachten verblijven, maar zijn na de eerste nacht alweer vertrokken.

De kamers zijn erg klein en ontzettend gehorig. Ook de bedden vonden wij aan de kleine kant. Je hoort werkelijk alles: iedere deur die op de gang open- en dichtgaat, mensen die over de gang lopen en geluiden uit de omliggende kamers. Hierdoor hebben wij de hele nacht vrijwel niet kunnen slapen.

Rond half twee ’s nachts ben ik zelfs uit bed gegaan en naar de receptie gegaan vanwege de geluidsoverlast. We kregen vervolgens een andere kamer toegewezen, maar helaas was deze net zo gehorig en was het probleem dus niet opgelost.

Na overleg en enige discussie hebben we de volgende dag besloten direct uit te checken. Uiteindelijk hebben we alleen voor de eerste nacht betaald en kregen we de overige twee nachten gerestitueerd.

Voor ons was dit absoluut niet het ontspannen verblijf dat we van een resort en onze vakantie hadden verwacht. Helaas een erg teleurstellende ervaring en voor ons geen plek waar we opnieuw zouden verblijven.

Vydaj nápojov (alko aj nealko) v rámci all-inclusive len na bare niekedy dosť zdržoval. Aspoň nealko mohlo byt kľudne ako slef-service

Would not recommend just because of food and drinks!!!
Pros:

We had family room and it was spacious, 1 min walk to the beach, overall good location

Cons:

The food, the food was not good at all, every day same food except few little changes, same thing for 7 days.
We payed for all inclusive and 5 days out of 7 had dinner and lunch in town as kids refused to eat same food after 2 days. Drinks were poor as-well, tasteless beer and cheap cocktails from concentrate….
Would not recommend if you are not ready to eat same food for few days straight, or sped few more hundreds on top of what you already payed…

Pros:

Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand. Die Rezeption gab uns alle nötigen Informationen und insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel sieht auf den Fotos ganz anders aus. Die Liegen sind nicht direkt am Strand. Die „All Inklusive“ Option hat sich überhaupt nicht gelohnt da man fast alle Getränke separat zahlen musste. Der Service während den Mahlzeiten war sehr unaufmerksam und man bekam auch meistens nichts zum trinken, außer wenn man selbst nachfragte oder wenn man schon fertig gegessen hatte. Das Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber das Bad wurde vor unserer Anreise nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Klima im Zimmer konnte man auch nicht selbst einstellen und deshalb war es auch die meiste Zeit viel zu kalt.

Erholsame Woche bei herzlichen Menschen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Gardelli Resort sehr genossen! Alles war sehr stimmig,besonders hervorheben möchte ich allerdings das Personal,beginnend beim Shuttle-Chauffeur Kostas ,der uns bereits am Flughafen herzlich empfangen hat und uns sicher überall hingebracht und abgeholt hat ausgestattet mit allen Informationen,weiter die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Damen am Empfang,der stets um die Gäste bemühte Adonis an der Bar,das sehr aufmerksame Service-und Küchenpersonal wie auch das rücksichtsvolle Reinigungspersonal!Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Excellent family vacation in the perfect place
Pros:

The hotel is exactly like in the photos, and the comfort of the room/beds surprised us. The decor is definitely a highlight; the spaces created are cozy and inviting. The all-inclusive meals were tasty with a variety of options. The staff was incredible with us—when we arrived, our transfer was already waiting for us (Kosta is a great driver). In the communal area, the service was exceptional, with special mentions to Precious, Samuel, and Tasha, who served us with professionalism and kindness, always with a smile on their faces. The location is great, right in front of the beach access with the hotel's own sunbeds. In the surroundings, there are several incredible themed beach clubs for both day and night, and not far away on the main avenue, there are many bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and stands for boat tours. Great experience, we definitely recommend it.

Cons:

I would advise the hotel to add a few vending machines so that outside of kitchen opening hours, guests could buy something without having to travel elsewhere. The drinks aren't the best, but that's understandable given the value for money.

hotel je priamo pri mori :) pláž je piesočnatá s pozvolným vstupom do vody :) udržiavané a čiste lehatka pri bazéne a na pláži :) príjemná pokojná atmosféra, ochotný personal, šikovní kuchári :) ideálne miesto pre oddychovú dovolenku :)

si mangia benissimo, opzione all inclusive perfetta, macchinetta del caffè con cialde in camera, posizione eccezionale nonostante il mare di laganas non sia tra i più belli di zante

Un po’ deludente, mi aspettavo di meglio

La posizione è favolosa!

Cons:

Fuori è molto bella la struttura, ma gli interni lasciano un po’ a desiderare non sono un gran che almeno per quello che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più,c’è molto di meglio,per non parlare della grandezza delle stanze davvero piccole, la nostra era per tre persone ma potrebbe essere al massimo una singola. Anche la pulizia non è il top.

Belle semaine de repos et récupération pour moi, et de fiestas pour mon fils

Localisation idéale à 2 pas de la mer
Mention spéciale au personnel et au manager qui ont été extrêmement à l’écoute de nos besoin (mon fils est en chaise roulante) et ont su toujours trouver des solutions à nos sollicitations
Grâce à eux notre séjour a été parfait
