Overall expected more from this hotel. We were disappointed.
Pros:

+ close to beach
+ decor was beautiful

Cons:

- lift wasn’t working for our entire stay - not great when we had a 1yr old with pram that we had to lug up and down stairs each day
- food was average - barely any veggie options and when there was it was often served in the same container as the meat. Salad was soggy - didn’t seem fresh (we went to Naxos after this and had gorgeous fresh Greek salad every day)
- pre-requested cot wasn’t in the room when we arrived which was frustrating as it was nap time and our toddler was overtired, overheated and we really needed to get her down for a nap
- they need more kids facilities if they want to promote themselves as a family hotel (we heard from other guests that they do want to encourage kids staying here) as all they offer are cots and high chairs. That aside, it looks like a 18+ hotel.
- cameras everywhere, and you could tell the staff were being very closely controlled which made me a bit on edge. I was asked one day at dinner to open my cardigan to prove I wasn’t wearing swimwear underneath my trousers and cardigan
- pool towels not included - had to pay deposit

Cons:

Ar fi meritat sa fie cafea de calitate chiar daca ar fi contra-cost, aparate de cafea cu self service la mic dejun si geamurile in camere curate! Este prea frumos hotelul pentru a avea geamuri murdare!
Personalul din Kenya de la restaurant si plajă foarte bine educat si foarte respectuoși cu turiștii.

The hotel is quite nice, with a beautiful interior and a great location right by the sea. The views from the window are amazing, overlooking both the mountains and the sea. The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s also conveniently located — just a few minutes’ walk and you’re in the lively entertainment area of Laganas. There is also private parking available, which is very important when you are traveling by car.

Cons:

The room was quite comfortable and clean, and the bed was good, but the room itself was rather small. The hotel description mentioned good soundproofing, but you could clearly hear noises from the corridor, and sometimes it disturbed my sleep.Another downside was the drink service. I travel a lot, and this was the first hotel where I had to stand in line at the bar just to get tea or juice. In my opinion, the hotel could easily provide a separate tea and coffee machine for guests. On top of that, the machine occasionally broke down, leaving guests without hot water.

I also noticed an issue with the food service. About 15–20 minutes before the end of breakfast or lunch, fresh food was no longer being replenished. Even if a guest arrives just a few minutes before the meal service ends, they should still have access to the full selection of food offered by the hotel.As for the entertainment program, there was practically none, apart from the cheerful bartender who really tried to keep guests entertained. I think the hotel could also invite some performers or organize evening activities so that guests would not feel bored during their evening.

I regret my stay.
Cons:

The listing is different than the real apartments given, and was in the other building than where the photos are taken. The hotel smelled like smoke. I checked out one hour later, staff said the refund would be possible but later rejected refund, therefore got no money in return. Would not go there again.

Hotel es un oasis en Laganas....

La amabilidad del personal.. todos encantadores. Limpieza de la habitación.

Cons:

El entorno al hotel. El hotel es un oasis dentro de Laganas....hay que decirlo. Si van con niños evitar ir en verano o épocas de punta. Es un sector de mucha fiesta de jóvenes..Los alrededores del hotel no tienen restaurantes de buena calidad ni lugares family friend. Para disfrutar hay que alejarse de ahí.. arrendar un auto y recorrer la isla o tomar los tours en bote para recorrer la naturaleza..eso si lo deben hacer si van a zakynthos.
Lo único que podría tocar como punto negativo al hotel es las comidas y bebidas...son muy básicas y repetitivas ..sobre todo el desayuno.

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – alles war schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Auch das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolblick, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Leider hat die Zimmerreinigung nicht vollständig überzeugt. Obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten, das Zimmer zu reinigen, wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Boden wurde nicht gesaugt und unter dem Bett lagen noch einige Dinge, die hätten entfernt werden sollen.
