We had a wonderful stay in a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service, and friendly welcome

What I liked most was how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the hotel was. The room was spotless, the facilities were in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We also had a wonderful check-in experience thanks to the friendly lady who assisted us, I believe her name was Emily, the lady with the short blonde hair. She was warm, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her excellent customer service, together with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Dirty bedding and towels. All had stains.

Cons:

Being locked out of the hotel because all staff had left the front desk when I first arrived. It was raining and the listed booking.com number to call for help goes through to a stranger who insisted it is the wrong number. When at reception, the same number is listed as a contact. Rectify this!
