Terribly disappointing experience overall.

During our stay, basic housekeeping and guest services were severely lacking. Toilet paper in one of the bathrooms was never replaced, and coffee and sugar supplies were not replenished. We stayed for three nights and not once were our towels replaced.
The parking situation was also extremely frustrating. Our allocated parking bay was constantly occupied by other residents, which resulted in us parking elsewhere and being verbally confronted by another resident. To make matters worse, the security guard was often not on duty to assist with opening the gate.
Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price we paid. We will definitely not be returning.

Its was fine but it became like a nightmare afterwards cause of the state the shower was left

The shower was leaking cause of the drain that was blocked.
The curtains was dirty
Rooms mat was wet
The experience for my money I did spend for one night was very unpleasant but I would like my next stay must be better 😌

I made a group booking and my group travelled 14hrs and was allowed an earlier check in, thank you Luntu at head office and you to the day staff for excellent receipt of my Team, thank you.
