Terrible , run down , uncompromising head office
Cons:

The property was run down with damp eating at all the wood and the chip wood disintegrating.

Huge gash in the ironing board , cheap couches and bed you can feel the mattress springs ,

Peeling vinyl floor , the beds don’t have feet and sit directly on the floor .

We requested a refund due to our house being fixed in record time as our roof was damaged and they refused to even refund half a day .

I stayed for less than an hour handed the key in and never came back , couldn’t let my family stay I. That place and our contractor managed to fix our issues at home so we were not in need of the hotel any longer and the head office was completely unhelpful.

Man at the front desk was friendly though.

Really dissapointed on how the place went down

Cons:

The place went down from when we were last time. Not enough cutlery, disturbance, blocked drains in shower and basin, ect

Dissapionted to the max

On a arrival the reception did not know wbout out booking he was calling aroynd to find out eventually got an apartment . Then looking for the wifi couldn't connect had to go back down to reception for help he came up to sort it out but couldn't connect to the wifi in our apartment wich was bo 111 he then had to connect us to the apartment above us wich us 211 but didn't help signal was very poor and got kicked out every minute eventually just left it and endes up buying gigs if data wich was costly . Then the blackets was a thin as a polony slice and its supposed to be a comforter its winter we got only one thin blanket ended up sleeping in my puffer jacket hubby slept in a full tracksuit to get warm . Then lastly the most horrible part was that the apartment we got had two rooms but one was obviously licked but only on the inside i checked outside the second rooms windows was completely ooen we were unbale to lock it wich made me feel completely unsafe i woke up every two hours just to check if we are still safe . Finally 5am came and we got up finished up and left . Came home got into my own bed and had to sleep to get proper rest . And to top it the purpose of our stay was to get away from our buzi lifes to relax and rest but it was the most uncomfortable experience i had recieved . Im dissapionted and wont be back

Thabiso was very friendly and helpfull

Cons:

The cleaning staff were not friendly and when it was time for house keeping they were pushing to come in that made me uncomfortable
