The staff are fantastic and friendly. The location is Close to Anfield which was key to my visit. I also liked the facilities. The room was very nice and had everything you would need really.
The car park is small and is a place where people walk through to get to where they’re going in the local area so lots of people passing your car on foot, bike and scooters. But the hotel can’t control that, or the size of the car park. They do the best with what they have and it’s more than good enough for a night stay so can’t fault them for it.

Shabby outside, no hotel staff just a person working at the bar had to wait until finished serving to be checked in, no lift had to carry cases to top floor, boiling hot room, no air conditioning or fans provided in a heat wave. £100 deposit was excessive, room on top of a bar very noisey, mirror filthy, Lady on check out was very pleasant and helpful.
Really close to Anfield, 15 min walk. Rooms with no windows are in the basement so it’s a bit cooler down there during the heat. Staff were lovely
Cobwebs and spiders everywhere. 6 spiders in the bathroom alone, cobwebs in door ways, ceiling and on the bedside lamps. Honestly the whole place looks like it needs a deep clean and renovation. The carpet is coming up but the door, there’s holes in the walls and ceiling that need plastering and the bathroom floors looks awfully dirty.
Good value for money. The people running it couldn't of been any better very attentive and just really nice people.
Not there fault but the room was way to.hot even with a fan but it was a heat wave and was 40 degrees so thats not the owners fault
Located perfect for our Anfield visit
Unfortunately we visited on the hottest day this year and the room was stuffy and unbearable even with a small fan.
The room was clean, and nicely decorated, bed comfortable, nice shower. It was placed well for the ferry.
Poorly managed, the 1 staff member had left to get ice for an event that evening, leaving a guest that couldnt get into their room , and us not able to book In, the PC wasn't working properly, the key card wouldn't work on our 1st room ( with at least 2 locks showing their workings/batteries! ) given another room on the top floor and was very hot (small window opening and fan wasn't much use) TV didn't work well.

Rooms need a little tlc, bathroom in room 12 needs fixing as its off the hinge and doesn't shut.
Really recommend taking a fan with you, especially in warmer conditions as there is no air con and rooms get seriously hot!
