We were came to Liverpool to attend to dinner for my cousin's 50th birthday party. So non of mirror have any clear light to do my makeup even bathroom, only one light works and that not be clear on mirror. I have to use my little mirror for makeup. 😊

Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money, perfect for a football stay

Didn’t stay. Refund issued (apparently, still not received)
Pros:

Staff were great.

Cons:

The door to the room was broken, staff tried to fix it but no joy, hotel issued a refund as there was no way to stay there.

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay, close to Sandhills station for easy access to Liverpool city centre. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. We'd definitely come back.

It was pleasant enough although a distinct lack of reps wasn’t helpful

The room was clean and barman Jake was very helpful

Cons:

The signage outside looked appalling and they had nowhere to put your clothes. The radiator was far to close to the bed could easily be knocked off the wall. Didn’t like the fact they wanted a £100 deposit and no one there when checking out to make sure it was returned asap
