Collide to amenities
Comfortable bed, shower was excellent. £6.50 taxi to the Liver Building. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Window only opened a little and there was no fan on a very hot night. There was no wardrobe. There was nowhere to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. Toilet roll holder was very difficult to reach. The door would not lock.Only 3 small pots of milk so not able to have a cuppa.
Conveniently located, short distance by bus to the downtown district.
Nothing, very happy with the experience
The staff were very friendly
The property is very tired. The rooms were not made up daily and we had to ask for toilet paper. The supplies were not topped up regularly. We asked for tissues as the box was empty but they never replaced them. The fan in our room didn’t work.
The sign outside was appalling and the property outside was falling apart and needed to be cleaned.
On multiple occasions we asked for things but they were never delivered.
The pub ran out of wine and multiple beers on tap were not working.
The pictures on booking.com are not a true representation of the property.
Very friendly staff and the direct taxi phone in the bar. However if the bar is closed you cannot get to it.
Our room had a window that opened into the beer garden, so consequently it smelled of cigarettes. Our towels were thin and one had a hole in it. I had to ask for toilet paper. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. When we arrived, I was shocked by the hotel sign as it is definitely not the same as the website.
To Start off Skye was lovely a really nice girl, easy to chat to and down to earth. She was doing drinks and hotel queries at the same time and good on her she coped well. its not a polished place but the rooms were clean and decent, maybe needs small bits of maintenance and would be much better. Its probably two star but the bar is okay and rooms decent enough for a couple of nights. If you taking pictures of light sockets and looking for fault its not for you but its an authentic place and they are nice people.
Room was a little hot, maybe a fan at least in hot weather.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The outside looked abit off putting but inside is lovely.
Property was ok!
Can’t get food, tea and coffee 3 tea bags and 3 coffee no milk..
Spent 2 day and never serviced room..
Nothing really I wouldn’t stay again…
The rooms were extremely hot, I asked for a fan and was told they had 2 and these had been given out. I left at 7am as I could no longer cope with the room temprature.
Nothing
Rooms uncomfortable
Beds were clean and comfy. Room was stylish
Heat in room, (hot weekend) only a fan so room did not cool down. Could have done with mini fridge.
