Short stay
Pros:

The location, rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful esp. the Reception Staff Mr. Sahin, Ms. Yagmur, and Ms. Didem. I arrived late with my children and they greeted us nicely and make the check in & out process easy & smooth.

Cons:

- Not enough bell boy to help wth the luggage
- At the time of my stay there was a meeting/government event which caused a crowd at the entrance gate
- The Hotel valet parking is with a fee (500 TL/Day!)

Pros:

Comfortable rooms, an excellent location next to the shopping mall, and kind reception staff. Management responded quickly whenever issues were reported.

Cons:

room cleaning could be better. We experienced a few maintenance issues during our stay, but the staff were kind and responded when we raised concerns. Breakfast was good, but the juice selection could be improved.
