Завтрак скудный, очень. Продукты по свежести и внешнему виду оставляют сомнения. В номере убирают плохо, косметические принадлежности не обновляют даже за чаевые. Воду не поставили новую на следующие сутки, так и оставили недопитую бутылку за предыдущий день. Ну и документы за проживание выбиваю уже больше недели. Нет претензий, если это цена в два раза ниже, но при такой стоимости за ночь - отель на 2

Pros:

Хороший отель для шопинга в молле. Останавливались на 2 дня. Все чисто, персонал очень приятный, вкусный завтрак..

Cons:

В спа не сходили, т.к. в номере отсутствовал халат (что странно для отеля 5 звёзд) и непонятно как вернуться в номер после спа. В номере также отсутствовал простой стакан для зубных щеток, что тоже показалось странным. Минибар отсутствовал, но при выселении у нас спросили брали ли мы что-то из него.
