Gut für Kurzaufenthalte zum Erkunden von Hannover und Umgebung
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zum Erkunden er Innenstadt. Liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahnhaltestellte.

Cons:

Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte größer sein; die tägliche Zimmerreinigung muss extra angefordert werden - wäre toll, wenn diese automatisch gemacht werden würde. Auf Bestellung hat diese jedoch problemlos funktioniert!

Uitstekend hotel op goede locatie in de stad.
Pros:

Wij waren op doorreis tijdens onze fietsvakantie, twee nachten hier verbleven. Onze fietsen mochten door de lobby naar de lift, naar de parkeergarage gebracht worden. Heel comfortabel.

dans cet établissement et bien d'autres depuis 6 mois …le fait de ne pas faire la chambre et surtout changer les serviettes tous les jours et vider les poubelles à minima .
sous prétextes d'écologie ou …d'économie 🧐🤪 …ne nous étonnons pas de voir apparaître des
locations chez les privés ,les étoiles aujourd'hui en hôtellerie ont besoins d'être revues de façons
plus formelles ,ainsi que le coût des chambres et le grand écart de prix d'une nuit sur l'autre !

Cons:

A comforter instead of a duvet in hot summers is a better option. Even thin duvet can be get hot.
The air conditioning was working but it was still hot during the night

Excellent hôtel, personnel pas aimable
Pros:

Hotel neuf, propre et confortable. Très calme

Cons:

L'accueil. Personnel digne d'une prison. Pas un sourire, pas de conseil. Aucune indication pour préciser comment sortir du garage.
Le comble, le regard dédaigneux de l'hôtesse d'accueil quand on a pris un verre d'eau dans l'espace dédié.
Idem pour le lendemain matin. Le gars de l'accueil ne souhaite même pas une bonne journée. Faut-il parler allemand pour que l'accueil soit sympathique ?
