The property was nice. As described online. Restaurants and shops near by. It was good for our one night stay as we passed through the state.

Pros:

Close to Oaklawn close to stubbys laundromat car wash and close to where we need to be to see family members while in town. I love the biscuits and gravy 😊

Nice location, friendly staff, and good price.

Cons:

The shuttle only ran on Fridays and Saturdays and the website did not state that it didnt run the rest of the week. We had to use Uber which was an extra expense we were not planning.

The bed was harder than what I am comfortable with.

Because of the pictures on your website, I thought I was getting something a bit classier.
Pros:

The location was good. The breakfast was unremarkable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room that I thought I booked wasn't what I originally got. The eggs at breakfast were awful.

Pros:

Very convenient location of the hotel to the center and all significant places. Clean and tidy hotel. With nice employees and with special care for cleanliness and order. This is a big plus of the hotel.

Pros:

It was clean and the staff were friendly

Cons:

The beds could’ve been a little bit more comfortable. They are a special order queen size, which is more of a full-size bed. They are not standard queen size beds. The breakfast over the weekend was not prepared for the crowd.

Great stay
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable room. All staff were friendly. Easy access to Oaklawn and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Hot Springs.

Cons:

the room smelled. The bed sheets had black hairs in on and under it. The room was handicapped accessible of which we did not need and definitely did not request. We have been staying there for 5 years now for concerts and this is definitely the last time we will be there.
