まあ、良いところ悪いところいろいろあるが、これくらいの価格であれば、また利用します。
Pros:

ロケーションが良く、近くのシンギル駅には地下鉄の1，5号線があり飛行場や各観光地への移動しやすかった。また、施設もきれいでよかったです。

Cons:

隣の部屋の音が気になった。館内エレベーター移動に時間がかかった。

Pros:

Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Fenster lässt sich kippen für frische Luft, effiziente gut regelbare Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung (Fön, Kühlschrank, Hausschuhe), sehr leise. Gratis Kaffee/Tee in der Lobby, Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen mitgebrachter Speisen (zB aus den Conveniene Stores in der Umgebung). Reichliches gutes Frühstück (überwiegend asiatisch, aber auch Obst, Toast, Eier, Butter, Marmelade). Check-out Zeit kann für einen geringen Betrag stundenweise verlängert werden. Gute Lage an der Metro (200m)

Cons:

Bad ist eine Kunststoff-Einbauzelle und sehr klein, aber durchaus ausreichend, mit vollem Wasserstrahl in Dusche/Badewanne

Pros:

日本と同じスタイルで使いやすかった
朝ご飯が美味しかった

Cons:

エレベーターが全然来ない。
部屋が掃除が雑。バスタブがまったく掃除されてなく、髪の毛は詰まってるし、ヌルヌルするし、そこが評価が下がった。

Pros:

チェックインはスムーズでした。
ロビーには朝7時から3時間ですがコーヒーマシンが利用できた。
朝食が無料で付いてるので利用はしなかったです。
清掃もECO清掃ですが、個人的には十分でした。

Cons:

海外なので仕方ないですが、朝に荷物預けてをお願いしましたが整理が終わってから預かってほしいと声をかけたら、コーヒーマシンを優先されました。
同業者なので気持ちは分かりますが、別のスタッフにで声掛けて連携取れば良かったのではと思いました。
フロントに1人も立ってないのは、どうかと思いました。
セルフチェックインなら仕方ないですが。
それ以外は気になりませんでした。朝食スタッフの方や清掃スタッフも挨拶してくれました。
