The hotel’s quite chill and very urban, one’s among many young people during their stay. Good breakfast and location. I’d love to come back!

Why some towels were removed (the hand towel and the shower mat) after the first day.
The position of the hotel is near the train station, exactly where I wanted it to be. The personnel at the reception were all really helpful and nice, especially ALICE.
Cleanliness was a little poor for a superior room of a 4 Star hotel . It is a good idea of having the shower and the toilet separately but I found it weird that whenever one uses the toilet has to go to fetch the soap from the shower room because there is no place to fit a large dispenser of soap.

In what is a truly engaging experience of students, young professionals, and travelers (like ourselves) this was such a good time. There is a bakery that was around the corner that was my favorite in all of Italy, and it is literally about two blocks from the central train station. It’s also about a 15 minute walk to the city center. Truly a wonderful location, with fantastic staff, and a delicious breakfast!
The ac wasn’t quite as strong as we would usually like. Otherwise, it was perfect.
