Non me l'aspettavo: è un posto accogliente, pensato per i giovani, probabilmente, ma frequentato anche dalle famiglie. È easy ma pulito e confortevole. Bella esperienza!
Hotel meets co-working space that has a vibrant, lively atmosphere with a mix of tourists, students and remote workers. The rooms were clean and included all the facilities you would expect. There's also a lovely courtyard with a bar and small pool, gym, launderette, cafe, and communal work spaces with plenty outlets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location a 10 minute walk from Bologna train station and a 20 minute walk to the historic centre.
The beds were very hard. The laundry room is clearly not being cleaned regularly as many of the laundry machines were full of thick grime and had a bad smell. The laundry room floor was also covered in hair and dirt.
managers said we were going to receive a refund for our second night stay because the air conditioning thermostat was having communication issues and would not cool the room. It just kept flashing a 6 digit code. We initially were given a room that smelled like microwaved old spoiled fish and then they told us they were moving us to room 3001, but when we got up there the AC didn’t work. The staff initially acted surprised the AC wasn’t working but after telling them I’m an HVAC engineer they changed that story and said they knew the 3rd floor was not working and had not been working for several days and that the maintenance technician was not able to fix it so they were waiting on an expert technician to show up but they had not been able to get them to respond so it was not likely to be fixed before we checked out.
We discussed options with the hotel staff and agreed we would leave early if they would refund the second night and they confirmed. They also said they contacted management and they also agreed.
But we left and the front desk person promised the refund was coming but they never followed through I have not received a refund. So I contacted Booking.com and they were not able to get the facility to pick up the phone at 2pm
There were several men rubbing on each other wearing bikini bottoms in the pool it’s a disgusting place to stay
Struttura moderna e dinamica, non sembra nemmeno di essere a Bologna, ma all'estero, con tanti spazi in condivisione, ottima posizione e facilità di parcheggio anche fuori dalla struttura (a pagamento, strisce blu). La piscina aperta fino alle 23 è un valore aggiunto per grandi e piccini, soprattutto per il vicino servizio bar. Ottima colazione. Staff disponibile e cordiale, che ha superato le aspettative perchè in fase di prenotazione ho avuto invece molte difficoltà di comunicazione con la struttura.
La comunicazione diretta in italiano con la struttura prima dell'arrivo. Ho avuto paura di aver prenotato in una specie di ostello mal organizzato e non adatto a famiglie, invece all'arrivo ho trovato tutt'altro clima. Consiglio di potenziare la comunicazione diretta con i canali dell'albergo anche in lingua italiana.
