Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã é muito bom. A localização é excelente.

Cons:

O quarto não tem privacidade. Há uma janela grande, mas ela fica ao lado de uma área de convivência que comumente as pessoas utilizavam para esperar motoristas de aplicativo, por exemplo. Tivemos que manter a cortina sempre fechada o que deixava o quarto escuro.

Pedi para trocar de quarto, no entanto, apesar de ter passado pouco tempo do início do check-in, a pousada informou que não havia outros quartos similares disponíveis.

O quarto estava cheio de baratas. Matei várias delas. Até no frigobar encontrei uma barata.

Estive á trabalho e gostei muito do ambiente, da localização, da recepção dos funcionários e especial do recepcionista Levi, muito solicito, educado e prestativo. Foi uma excelente experiência.
