Localização ao lado da orla, café da manhã com muita variedade, atendimento (principalmente do atendente que estava no dia 03.05.26 na parte do dia, que prestou um serviço acima das expectativas) e o fato de fazerem pipoca de graça para os hospedes no final da tarde.

Cons:

os quartos são no segundo andar e o acesso é somente por escada, portanto fica ruim pra quem tem problemas de mobilidade (não é o meu caso). O estacionamento só tem duas vagas dentro e duas na rua, pode ocorrer de estar cheio e não ter onde estacionar (não foi o meu caso também, mas poderia ter acontecido). A rua do hotel é toda com zona azul, se não conseguir parar nessas vagas vai ter que pagar para estacionar na rua (para quem vai sem alugar carro ou não tem problemas de locomoção o local é ótimo).

Boa Localização na praia de iracema. Foi a primeira vez que fiz uma reserva pelo Booking e deu super certo!
