Pros:

Very kind staff! My child was sick the other day and they helped me calling nearest doctor and arranged taxi to get to the nearest clinic.

Cons:

The cleaning staff was not very detail as the fridge were shut down.

宿泊税がとられなかったから不思議でした。宿泊代がお得でZepp横浜のそばなのはすごくいいしコンビニが下にあるのが助かります
Pros:

セキュリティがよかったです
カードキーがないとへやにあがれないところですね
今はそういう所が多いですね

夜間の環境も静かで、部屋も清潔でゆっくり休めて良かったです
Pros:

駅近の割に、宿泊料金がリーズナブルでした。

Cons:

早朝の出発でしたので、24時間対応の提携駐車場があると良かったです。近くに24時間対応の駐車場がありましたが2日間またぎの料金でした。詳しく調べなっかた当方のミスですが、駐車場有の表記に飛びつき予約をいれてしまいました（田舎者なので24時間対応ありきの感覚しかないものなので)
都会のホテルなので、致し方がありませんが、駐車場に関しもう少し詳細な説明が欲しかったです。
