Parfait sur toute la ligne !
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure de check-in, Waram a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Nous avons eu accès à la chambre sans supplément.

Nous avons eu un upgrade.
Les installations sont superbes, tout est neuf/tres récent, la clim fonctionne super bien.
Waram est toujours disponible pour des recommandations ou pour vous fournir tout le nécessaire pour passer un super séjour sans prise de tête, vous mettez les pieds dans l’hôtel et vous ne pensez plus à rien !

There were several noticeable issues during the stay. It was very dirty under the beds and sofas, which is unacceptable. The furniture and overall condition of the room felt worn out and in need of renovation. Due to ongoing construction work, water was frequently unavailable, causing inconvenience. The internet connection was very poor and unreliable. Additionally, there was a constant knocking noise during the first night caused by an improperly installed air conditioner, which made it difficult to sleep.
